大学生の娘と母娘旅。 私の思い出の街ウスターを数十年ぶりに訪問する際の拠点として宿泊させていただきました。 ウスターフォーゲート駅から徒歩6分ほど。一階がカフェなので、休日を避ければ、朝食やランチもできます。 私たちは日曜日到着だったので、翌日はお休み。火曜日の朝食をいただきました。 荷物も朝食の後預かって頂けたので、その後観光もでき助かりました。 お部屋にはオーガニックコーヒーやハーブティもありゆっくり過ごせます。

Great stay. A little hot, but it’s not the hosts fault. The fan was helpful and after about 11 PM it became a very pleasant sleep. I loved the contactless entry. The host emailed me all the details several days in advance which was nice and all I needed to access the room was a code. The room itself is very nice. The bathroom is the highlight. If I could change one thing it would be the motion sensing lights. Every time one of us got up to use the bathroom the light stayed on for a while. A normal switch would be sufficient. I couldn’t find how to disable to motion sensing lights. The granola bars that were provided in the fridge were delicious and made for a good breakfast. Would stay here again for sure.

The location and staff are excellent. Upstairs at 33 is near restaurants, tourist sites, the train station, and other amenities. My room was lovely and Misha checked me in and answered all of my questions. It's a great place to stay in Worcester!

Phenomenal, I’ve had over 60 nights away this year, this has to be one of the best I’ve been too, such good value.

Rooms are exceptional. Beautiful bed and bathroom. Little touches like items for breakfast and lovely toiletries make this a very special place. The owner Annika makes you feel very welcome. I will definitely stay again.

Lovely hosts - friendly and helpful. Bright, airy and very clean. Comfy bed. Loved the flapjack in the fridge! It was a very hot petiod in July - so did need fan on all night - and they had thought to have it on before we arrived. Parking space was a real bonus!

Parking was a nightmare and not available for me. Very noisy until 2200 hours but told not always. I will use again

Staff were nice, room was fine However we wernt aware there would be loud music until late. If we’d known this, we wouldn’t have stayed. We didn’t plan on a late night but couldn’t sleep for the noise

Very nice room, good location

We stayed the night whilst travelling down from Manchester on route home. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Immaculately clean, lovely rooms and you even get yoghurt and granola and a homemade flapjack for the morning. The bed was really comfortable and also parking easy just a couple of doors away. Also there is a lovely little cafe on the ground floor.

Great place would be 5 stars but let down by incredibly warm room despite 2 fans so sleeping at night was uncomfortable. Left the windows ajar but main road traffic noisy.

Beautifully decorated with lots of light coming in. The bedroom design was superb; had a cosy, home-feel yet also classy, fresh and modern. I spent night and felt very comfortable here.

Fantastic stay. Such a comfortable bed and facilities. Would recommend this place to anyone. Will be our go to place we stay in Worcester from now on.

We had a wonderful three days at Upstairs at 33. The room was very comfortable and very clean and we would definitely recommend it. Communication with the property was excellent about arrival and access arrangements. The staff in the lovely cafe downstairs were excellent and we had very good breakfasts there each day. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and we would certainly recommend Ounce for good and service. We certainly hope to return to Upstairs at 33. Andrew & Corrina

A beautiful room and very efficient service. Strong shower and comfortable bed. The fan was helpful as the room was rather hot.

Good space for family of 4. Very clean room in a quiet location.

What a great little find - we had a really lovely room, newly renovated with a lot of care and attention, spotlessly clean and with parking nearby - all in a street packed with interesting bars and restaurants too. Having used this for a stopover on a cross-country trip, we're now thinking about coming back just to stay here and go out locally !
