バルセロナでスリに会い所持金が減り泊まったが受付の若い男はスペイン語しか話せずベッドを指定するだけでWifiや玄関の暗証番号も聞かないと教えない。 宿泊客もとても旅行者と思えない者もいて深夜でも電話をしたり電気をつけたりゆっくり寝ることができなかった。 コーラを冷蔵庫の中に入れておいたらなくなっていた。 深夜でもフロント、玄関あたりで毎晩話をしている者がいた。 若い頃バックパッカーをしていろんな国へ行ったがとてもお勧めはできません。

First there is one bathroom with hot water all other three or four don’t , the staff will walk into the rooms at any time with no worrying and loud, the kitchen has nothing in it not even a spoon, there were signs that you can’t use the stove and the microwave !???!??! Horrible stay negative -1000, I thought is gonna be like the pictures but it is not

16 camas en un piso y solo 2 baños, ducha que a duras penas funciona, camas suuuper ruidosas e incómodas, y unos olores en recepción que ni te cuento. Si vas a hospedarte aquí por 30€/noche, piénsalo 2 veces, hay opciones por 35€ muchísimo mejores.

Buenas instalaciones, el personal no es muy amable, algo a mejorar. En particular un joven muy serio.

Los trabajadores escelemtes muy amables.

Un excelente servicio recomendado

Se puede más pero no hay gente preparada en este sistema.Aparte que las turistas no piensan que hay otros detrás en las instalaciones.

Bring your own toiletries. Don't expect a lot (it's really cheap so, go figure). Location wise, it was well located as I have to catch the train at Chamartin.

Tenia reserva, un buen rato esperando que lleguen los recepcionistas y al llegar me dicen que no tienen sitio, que esta todo completo, que me pagan el transporte y me reubican en otro sitio similar.

La falta de utensilios asi como de una cocina práctica

Español El personal fue siempre muy amable, pero mi experiencia no fue positiva. Me asignaron una habitación mixta de 16 camas en la que era la única mujer. Los camarotes estaban demasiado juntos, sin separadores ni cortinas, y no había un lugar seguro para dejar el equipaje, solo en la recepción en un piso diferente. Llegué de noche y no tuve opción de cambiar de lugar, pero no me sentí segura. English The staff was very kind and helpful, but my overall experience was not positive. I was assigned to a 16-bed mixed dorm where I was the only woman. The bunks were extremely close together, with no dividers or curtains, and there was no secure place to store luggage other than the reception on a different floor. I arrived late at night and couldn’t change hostels, but I didn’t feel safe.

Pedí cancelación y reembolso y se quedaron con mi dinero. El hostel es fatal, en realidad es más un albergue y se hospedan hombres raros con mala pinta

Horrible, el lugar olía mal, la ropa de cama y la almohada estaba sucia, me robaron pertenencias de mi cama. Parece más un hospital que un hostel, hay muchas personas mayores en mal estado o que parecen estar enfermas.
