清掃が行き届きない。 排水溝が臭い

Very uncomfortable beds. No cushioning at all.

Estupendo departamento cerca de Kutchan, muy completo, cómodo y central a las pistas de ski. La gente de Trailside apartments es muy amable, siempre atenta y realmente me ayudaron mucho con mi reserva y cambios a esta, que ellos mismos gestionaron con Expedia.

Very clean, good value for money, excellent service, great area near the bus stop and a couple of restaurants and a bakery. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the couch and beds were quite uncomfortable. Although hard beds are common in Japan, we all found these ones to be very hard, the couch was also uncomfortable which was a shame after a day of skiing all you want is to be comfortable. We would stay here again though, but next time we’d bring some air beds to put on top of the mattresses.

It has been an exceptionally good experience. The landlord has been very helpful and we can wholeheartedly recommend staying here as a group!
