朝食はついているが、日本のビジネスホテル以下。10時までと言いながら9時半には片づけられる。チェックアウトの15分前には清掃員がノックしてくる。

The lobby, hallways, and rooms were very clean, but there were some long hairs on the towels. It's not noisy like a city, and it's conveniently close to the station and supermarket. There is also a free bus to the airport that runs every 30 minutes.

延泊する趣旨は泊まるとき伝えておいたが、延泊日になっていきなり宿泊ルームのドアキーを突然使えなくして、どうしたんだと聞いたら、延泊料金を精算したらドアキーが使えるようになりますと来ましたので、だいぶ失礼な対応だと思いました。

The environment was clean and well-equipped for a long-term stay. It was also conveniently located between the train station and the market. My one complaint is that there was no hair dryer in the room. I requested this from the front desk staff, but it was not addressed during my stay. It may have been brought back by a previous user. I think it needs to be fixed to the wall or otherwise improved to prevent such a situation from happening.

I picked this property because of the shuttle and breakfast options close to the airport. No shuttle after 11 so if you get in late or delayed an uber costs $30. Advertising shuttle and being close the airport they should keep the shuttle running late. Also says breakfast until 9:30am. Showed up at 9am with hardly anything left and both coffees empty. I asked if they were being out more food and they said no. So advertise to 9:30am but out by 9am. I wouldn’t use this location next time. I felt I didn’t get what I paid for at all.

Hotel staff was very helpful got the shuttle all set up for the airport the next morning. The room was very spacious and had full kitchen. Within walking distance of the beach.

I liked the modern sleek style and the immaculate room. The shuttle connection needs some serious attention. I called several numbers and had a hard time reaching someone. The website is confusing because there are different numbers depending on what you click on. There could be a better selection of healthy food and a more diverse choice. My checkin was easy and front desk was very efficient, however, I did not realize the security deposit would actually be subtracted and would take 5 business days to get it back. My checking was overdrawn.

Hotel was great and very clean. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Boston. The only con is their shuttle service ends by 11pm and we arrived after midnight and had to get an uber which was pretty pricey. Pro: it’s close to the train transit station and easy to get into the city.

Loved being just 1/2 mile from Revere Beach. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. Recommendation of the staff for Dryft Seafood was excellent. Higher end casual dining with views of the beach. Airport shuttle was well managed. We did get a note that it does not run between 11am and 3pm, but was not an issue for us.

My room had a full kitchenette! Super helpful. The only thing that would make it the icing on top would be providing robes for improving access to the pool area.
