My mom made the comment that this hotel is trying to be upscale, but it’s not. I agree and was a bit disappointed when we could’ve paid half the price elsewhere. The service was excellent, no issue there. The food was also good at the restaurant. Our room had a dirty floor and crumbs on the desk. There were also lots of dirt/crumbs all over the hallway carpet. The ambiance of the room was lacking as well. There were two beds and that’s it. It was a wheelchair accessible room, so one would expect more space to maneuver (which it had). However, there wasn’t even a table and chairs (aside from the desk against the wall). The hallways and elevators were a bit beat up as well.

Overall, liked the hotel 2 complaints 1) they never emptied the trash, even when they replaced towels??? 2) bathroom, especially grout was not clean At room rate, unacceptable Other than these 2 issues, I liked the hotel

I really like the gym. It was a great gym and that’s very important to me when I travel.

I love the Renaissance Hotel. I stay here when I visit my kids and grandkids. Always a good time. I was surprised that I booked my reservation confirming breakfast and housekeeping. I had neither. They did bring fresh towels. Didn’t clean or make the bed. It was an anomaly for me this stay. Otherwise a great property.

Front desk staff offered outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Property was clean, quiet and footsteps away from shopping and restaurants.

This is a beautiful property. It smells so good and extremely clean. Everything about it was perfect! Will definitely be booking again!

The fans blew all night in the room and the smoke detector flashed a bright light all night.

Front desk staff called 20 minutes after she checked me in and asked when I was leaving. Restaurant and bar were “closed for cleaning” from 3-8pm. Paid $14 to park myself in the empty mall parking lot. $15 for WiFi… I ordered a $23 glass of Pinot noir (wine) and received an aluminum can of “wine”.. yikes. This place looks like a four star hotel, but acts like a one star hotel. Very disappointing.

Did not know I have to pay 15$ for WiFi… cause it wasn’t in my package that I purchased from Expedia…. Ridiculous. Overpriced everything.
