一人旅の方、とりわけ女性の方には強くおすすめします。6泊しましたが、自分の部屋のように快適に過ごせました。欲しいものはすべて揃っています。6泊分の衣類が無理無く収まるクローゼット箪笥。冷蔵庫、電気ポット、部屋は80㍑のスーツケースを全開出来るスペースがあります。窓際にテーブル棚と椅子があり、持ち運びの出来る鏡もあるので、ゆっくり座って明るい光の中で髪を整えたりお化粧が出来きます。これは、コンセントの位置も最適ということ。USB充電も使えます。ヒーターもすぐに効きました。お掃除も完璧。気持ちの良いベッドで休むことができました。 立地は、左手に5分歩けばビーチ、右手に5分歩けば、エアポートに行く路面電車と鉄道のニースヴィラ駅に向かう路面電車が交差するジャン・メディサン駅。近隣の街へ行くのも中心地へ行くのも便利でした。 近くにMaisonArmandという美味しいブラッスリーがあります。 スタッフはお掃除の方も含めて、明るくて親切。 完璧、と言いたかったのですが、最後の日の夜にシャワーブースからお湯があふれ出てしまいました。排水が弱かった？ でもチェックアウトの時に伝えたら、すぐに確認に向かってくれました。 次にニースに来たらまた必ず泊まりたいホテルです。

チェックイン締切の19時を過ぎる到着予定だったので　予めホテルに確認したところメールで丁寧な時間外入館方法の案内があった　スタッフも明るく優しくフレンドリーだった　立地もよくどこに行くにも便利だった

無料でグレードアップしてくださったり、電圧変換プラグを貸してくださったり、とにかく親切でした。 男性の方も女性の方も、毎日ニコニコで挨拶してくださり、説明も丁寧で、初日はホテル周辺の地図に丸などをつけて、駅や観光地の説明までしてくださいました。 清掃も行き届いていて、快適に過ごすことができました。

The location was great for my purposes and the staff was very nice, close to the beach and the old town. It is a 3 star hotel, clean. If you want breakfast, you need to let them know the day before; I was told by 1900hrs; however, that didn't work on the weekend. There is no one there after 1900 hours, unless someone is working late ... you let yourself in with your room key.

Fantastic location with extremely friendly and helpful daytime staff. No staff at night. European breakfast (for purchase) was excellent. Room and shower were small but clean.

The hotel is located very well, quite close to many good restaurants and close to the sea. The hotel staff is extremely helpful.

Stayed for two nights for our first trip to Nice. The Palm is a very comfortable and well located hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. It’s a short walk to the promenade, tram and train stations. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful space in the heart of Nice! The staff was so kind and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated to feel like you’re on a beach vacay. Steps away from great restaurants, shops and the beach!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, 200m vom Strand, 10 Min. zum Platz Massena. Es liegt in einem Quartier mit vielen Restaurants und einer Fussgängerzone. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und sauber. Im Eingangsbereich hat es einen kleinen Aufenthaltsraum, wo man auch frühstücken kann. Das Frühstück ist preiswert. Es ist aber kein Buffet.

Outstanding option for a self-directed traveler. Incredible location (near the beach, shops, tons of restaurants), comfortable and airy rooms, super easy to get in and out, and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. If you're looking for all the amenities and bells and whistles, you may want to look at one of the major hotels by the beach. But if you're like me and want a clean and comfortable place to crash in a beautiful place, with kind and helpful people available when needed, I can't imagine a better place to stay in Nice.

The staff in Reception when we arrived were super friendly explaining the location of the hotel in comparison to the main locations in Nice. The Palm is, in my opinion, situated in a perfect location being a 5 minute walk from the promenade, main shopping area and a 15 minute walk to Nice Ville train station. The room was very clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Nice.

The room and entire space was very clean and comfortable. Located in the centre of Nice with great access. I really appreciated hospitality of the lovely hotel staff. I would choose this place for my next visit to Nice.
