ホテルはフランクフルトの駅からトラムに5分ほど乗り、また5分くらい歩いたところにありました。 ホテルはとても綺麗で部屋も清潔で十分な広さがありとても良かったです。 ただ、部屋にドライヤーが置いてなく、フロントに問い合わせたところ中国人？のスタッフがズカズカ部屋の中に入って来て洗面台の棚を開けて調べ始めました。無いことを確認すると無言で出ていき、また戻ってきた時も無言でドライヤーを突き出されました。 そのスタッフだけ態度が最悪で、とても悲しい気持ちになりました。

From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome and introduced us to the property. The bar and dining room were convenient and top notch. Breakfast provided many tasty choices. The location made it convenient to get around to the train station, shopping mall and city sights via taxi or Uber. I look forward to staying with Meliá again.

It was difficult to get the staff over the phone/email from Italy for a question at the beginning before my arrival. I thank Expedia that intervened for coordination. The facility is nice, well designed, clean, the breakfast ok, although I would prefer some fish option, but it is rich of meat and also fresh pan cake by machine. The room is big enough and clean, and the lobby is well equipped. One suggestion is that the room 916 is close to the roomservice, which while closing/opening, leaves some noises. And before arriving the room, the doors after lift are heavy to open and I found them useless. I especially thank the hotel personnel that assisted me on handing over a package to DHL service point while I already left Germany. Without them, this might have caused me a problem. Thank you so much for your help. Next time that I pass Frankfurt again, for EUROBIKE or not, Melia Frankfurt City will be my choice in the city. Hope to visit Germany soon. Again, thank you very much for the help.

Brand new hotel very good situated in a peaceful area of Frankfurt. The staff is also very friendly and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable with a nice view of the city. Good quality in meal services.

Loved the staff. So helpful and pleasant. The hotel is wonderfully located. Love the proximity to the botanical gardens and the conference center. Gym is handy and the rooms are well kept and serviced well

Rigtig god morgenmad, flot hotel og god beliggenhed i forhold til Messe Frankfurt

Grande chambre, très propre, bien situé, très agréable. Étage élevé, vue sur la skyline. Literie ferme, mais confortable. Wifi correct. Tout semble très récent et en bon état. Dommage, pas de peignoir ni de chaussons. Restaurant très convenable pour dîner et pour le petit-déjeuner, mais seulement un buffer à midi.

bar is well stocked, which is unusual these days. the sauna opens early on weekends, which is important for business travellers just staying for one night.
