ホテルはフランクフルトの駅からトラムに5分ほど乗り、また5分くらい歩いたところにありました。 ホテルはとても綺麗で部屋も清潔で十分な広さがありとても良かったです。 ただ、部屋にドライヤーが置いてなく、フロントに問い合わせたところ中国人？のスタッフがズカズカ部屋の中に入って来て洗面台の棚を開けて調べ始めました。無いことを確認すると無言で出ていき、また戻ってきた時も無言でドライヤーを突き出されました。 そのスタッフだけ態度が最悪で、とても悲しい気持ちになりました。

They charged us EUR 40 for an earlier check in which is ridiculous… the staff are untrained and very rude, did not want to see the issue with it and another EUR 45 for parking?! Also, they don’t reply to customer requests.

Our stay in this hotel from 1/1/2026 to 1/3/2026 led to a sleepless night, as the hotel staff was incapable of dealing with our noisy neighbors. There was a party going on in the room next to us and loud music and yelling kept us awake through the night. I complained at the reception multiple times, after that the noise would (maybe) briefly stop, and then start again. Ultimately I gave up realizing that the hotel does not have a proper procedure and/or staff is not properly trained to deal with the situation like this. So if having a good night's sleep in a hotel is important to you, stay away from Melia Frankfurt.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet, Ausblick war unfassbar schön (Skyline View), das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, 5 von 5 Sterne für das Hotel!

I had a room under the lounge and restaurant level floor, so 14th floor. I had noise fro moving chairs until 1:15am, and could not sleep. Early at 8am in the morning I had house keeping knocking my door. Very terrible stY.

Great location. Front desk staff was very nice. Room was very well appointed with nice bathroom products.

The room was ok but quite small....no good tastes for the decor and too many furnitures that are not required. Hard to open the lighting system and the AC/Heathing. I will never gp again .

Room clean and good amenities, room was too hot however and did ask twice for them to sort it but wasn’t really resolved. Bar staff excellent

Flawless. The sauna was spectacular. Didn't try the restaurants. Good location that isn't too busy in the immediate area.

Zimmer und Aufzug teilweise mit starken Gebrauchsspuren. Frühstück ok, leider wurde die Speisen aber auch Ahornsirup, Honig, etc. nicht ohne Aufforderung selbständig aufgefüllt

J’ai réservé une suite pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 11 ans. Juste 2 sets de serviette, nous nous en sommes rendus compte tard. Room service très moyen. Les plats sont arrivés tièdes et nous n’avions que 2 couverts. J’ai appelé le room service dans la foulée, ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient venir de suite apporter les couverts manquants mais personne n’est venu. Service global vraiment pas terrible
