The stay was good. But had issues with electricity all the time which seems to be a common problem across entire Srinagar

I paid for super Delux room but I got Delux and no refund was made for the difference. No hot water and electricity in the morning till 12.30 was very disappointing. Was forced to checkout with Bath due to no hot water.
