Thanks for a great stay, this hotel is recommended

Overnight stay to catch our cruise for the next day. We got in very late because of the highway issues, but the front desk person was able to get us checked in. My reservation originally showed me as a "no-show" but the online FAQ does state the hotel has a 24/hr check-in and this is the reason why I booked it because we were traveling from TN to FL - 12 hour drive - did not arrive until 2am. Again, all worked out so no complaints here.

Good value for the price. If you're staying for a while there are cooking facilities in the rooms.

Love the room in how quite & nice the set up

The stay was just fair and honestly not worth the price paid. No breakfast included, and the room lacked any sense of comfort or coziness.

We we're informed the only elevator in the hotel was down and had been for sometime. We had to carry our luggage up stairs. Would not discount the room or any other offer to try and accommodate for the inconvenience. The breakfast was not good, grab and go, not good options. Manager refused to come out of the office and had the young lady tell us she was not there. Obviously a lie. The room was okay.

Was there to see a rocket launch and wanted something affordable. Friendly staff and close to restaurants.

The stay was great but my room had hair all on the floors.

One night stay while visiting Kennedy Space Center.

They assigned us a room that was already occupied. There were people in the room, and we opened the door. The beds and pillows weren't comfortable. The elevator was out of service.

Broken Elevator Room smelled like men's locker room Not so clean

We arrived for Memorial Day weekend to find out that the only elevator was down. Supposedly the person at the front desk said they called everyone the day before to “confirm your stay” or to “let you know that you could cancel your room.” There was no message left on the answering machine, and the day before your stay on Memorial Day weekend is very hard to find another room. The continental breakfast consisted of yogurt, breakfastbar, and muffin. (No Juices of any kind). There is only one ice machine in the building. It is by the front desk, so each time you needed ice, you had to walk down three flights of stairs to get ice. With all of the other options around, you would be better off finding another hotel.
