Almost new property, very nice room, very friendly and helpful staff, elaborate sumptuous continental breakfast available at extra cost, onsite parking, fast internet. Value for money property.

Room was clean, parking was easy and available. Didn’t pay for the breakfast so didn’t see what was available. The thing that could have been better was the mattress.

The Seagull cottage was a great find. It was clean, bright rooms and beautiful scenery. We stayed there in order to go to Skelling Micheal. Unfortunately our trip was cancelled due to weather but we were able to see Valentia Island instead. We intend to book again and hope our Skelling Micheal trip is a go. Thank you Andrew!

Great experience and location! Close location to the Kerry Cliffs and easy walk into town to eat. Would definitely go back!

Easy check-in and check-out process. A nice place to stay if you’re around for a night or 2 in county Kerry or in the southwest of Ireland.

Everything was lovely EXCEPT the shower malfunctioned and no water would come out. One of us used the shower the night we checked in but neither of us was able to make it work the next morning.

Breakfast was more than expected, for Continental. Was thinking it was near the water and but it was not.

Thank you Andy and your spouse for such an enchanted place! The room we had was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the property in the Ring of Kerry was in proximity of the sea and a 5 minute drive to the Cliffs of Kerry, which is a must see in Ireland. Parking was plenty and the breakfast was nice. My wife and I just stayed 1 night as we were traveling to several other locations, but I would definitely stay there again and recommend the Seagull Cottage if you're travelling around the Ring of Kerry. It was a great midway point for our travels starting in Cork and finishing in Galway. The town has a nice local bar and seafood restaurant within a 10 minute walk from the place. Thanks again!

Cute little bed and breakfast in small little fishing town. Only about 15 minutes over from larger town.

A thoughtfully run and very comfortable B&B. A little bit of a hike to town, on a narrow country lane -- so walking at night wasn't a good option. The Continental breakfast with French press coffee was a nice touch.

Lovely room, quiet location, onsite parking. We were a bit disappointed with not having a kettle in the room to make tea. We were able to use the kitchen but if awake in the night we would be reluctant to use it for fear of disturbing the other residents.

The rooms were clean and check in was easy. A quick drive to the docks so that we could do our Skellig Michael tour. Parking on site was free.

The breakfast was quite good and the owner was a lovely lady to visit with and gave helpful suggestions about local activities
