料金の割にと感じてしまいました。 浴室のドアが開けづらく、なぜかボディソープが3種類あり、リンスがないことが個人的には残念でした。

スタッフの対応も良く、ツインの部屋は広く清潔だった。ラウンジで美味しいコーヒー、紅茶が自由に頂けるのは良かった。 ただし、部屋のエアコンが設定温度ほど温まらない点とシャワーブースに段差がないため、洗面の床がびしょぬれになる点は改善が求められる。

部屋に湯沸かしポットがなかったが、フロントに聞いたら、すぐに部屋まで持ってきてくれた。バスは湯船はない。トラムの停留所は、目の前で便利。ショッピングや食事にも商店街も市場も近くて良い。川に面してはいるけれど部屋からは、見ることができない（反対側の部屋が見えるだけ）。バスローブもお願いすればすぐに持ってきてくれるが備え付けられてはいない。チェックアウトの際、日本で、予約の際、前払いしているのもかかわらず、宿泊料金も含めた請求になっていた。前払いしたことを伝えて、ことなきを得たが、私が英語が上手で無いこともあり、手間取った。最終的には大丈夫だったが、チェックアウトの際確認が必要と思う。

Room was spacious and very clean with really comfy beds. Staff were very helpful the whole stay and breakfast was a very well done continental buffet style. Honestly no complaints whatsoever!

Muhteşem bir konumda, muhteşem dizayn edilmiş, muhteşem mimarisi olan ve inanılmaz yardımcı çalışanlari olan kısaca muhteşem bir otel. Otel hemen Tuna'nın yanında bazı odaları nehre bakan konumda. Otelde konukları rahat ettirmek için her şey düşünülmüş. Çok kullanışlı ve modern teknoloji ile donatılmış. Kendinizi çok iyi hissediyorsunuz. Sizi karşılayanlar yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapiyorlar. Gezilecek yerleri tek tek anlatıyorlar. Yol yordam gösteriyorlar. Hal hatır soruyorlar. Özellikle Mr. Bàlint'e teşekkürler. Oda tek kelime ile mükemmel. Aslında her türlü teknoli ile donatılmış, her ayrıntı en kaliteli şekilde tasarlanmış, her ihtiyaca cevap verecek her şey en son modelde şık ürünler ile konumlandırılmış sanki bir + bir evde kalıyorsunuz. Kocaman rahat bir yatak, Tuna'ya bakan iki berjer koltuk ve masa, şık bir küvet, orta konumlu duş evye, ayrı mis gibi devamlı kokan wc (Avrupa'da taharet musluğu bulmak hemde elektronik olanı çok ilginçti), bir mutfak oturma odası bölümü (buzdolabı, elektrikli ocak, mikrodalga fırın dolaplarda mutfak malzemeleri vs) ayrı bir eşya koyma yeri (içerisinde ütü ve masası) iki kocaman televizyon. Her gün ev temizliği yapılan Modern bir ev yani. Herşey sanki paketinden yeni açılmış gibi tertemiz. Peşte tarafında yerleşik otel. Neredeyse Budapeşte'nin tüm gezilecek yerleri yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen karşı yanında tramvay durağı var. İsteseniz bunu da kullanabilirsiniz. Biz heryere yürüyerek gittik geldik.

Room was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.

This hotel was the best hotel I've ever been to. Clean and tidy. Staff were the nicest people I've ever met. You can tell they genuinely cared about the guests and it wasn't just customer service they had to do. Greeted by the people at reception and the cleaners everyday. Loved the complimentary hot drinks in the lobby. Honestly, 5 stars. If I ever go back to Budapest. I'm coming back here.

Un hotel súper bien ubicado, todo cerca, recién remodelado, camas super cómodas, el personal super amable, un hotel para repetir.

Staff were very helpful. Location was close to the Danube river where we were going to take our cruise. Rooms were little small but had everything we needed. I highly recommend

Hotel on good location near shop ,restaurants and at the front is river ,service good ,nice room,breakfast nice and free coffee and tea at downstairs 😊

Hotel Vision was in the perfect location for us - near enough to walk to most places but far enough away from the very busy tourist strip. We stayed in a standard double that had a small balcony overlooking an internal courtyard. This did make the otherwise quite spacious room feel a little claustrophobic. The air con didn’t cool the room as much as we would have liked but we could open the door to the balcony so it wasn’t an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned regularly. We were left a hand written welcome note on the first night (we stayed for 5 nights), a bottle of local wine & a chocolate each on the pillows. The lobby area was vast and mostly unused which made us think maybe a bar (separate from and more comfortable to sit in than the tapas restaurant) could be a welcome addition. The spa too was spacious but only housed a sauna and very small gym (a few free weights, treadmill & bike) but plenty of seating. Maybe a jacuzzi or steam room could be considered. We had breakfast one day only and have to say it was incredible. One of the best buffets we have ever had. We would stay again if we ever returned to Budapest.

It was a lovely hotel. Great location and very helpful staff! Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't functioning yet and it was quite warm and had no access to a fan. However once the windows were left open it did improve. Would stay again :)

Virkelig fint og centralt.

What a lovely hotel, from the second you're entering it's a really beautiful spot. The staff the greeted us were super friendly and could not do enough to ensure we were happy and looked after, it never felt like anything was too much. Breakfast was delicious, the room was really lovely and was all we could have asked for. They even allowed us to lock up our bags for the day after we checked out so we could spend the day exploring before collecting our bags and heading to the airport. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.
