ironmanアリゾナに参加するために宿泊。 会場のtempe beach park までは徒歩15分程度、飲食店などが多い通りにも近く、スーパーマーケット（Whole Foods Market）は5分程度と立地は良かったです。 ランドリー施設はないので、近くのコインランドリー（歩いて25分ほど、車だと5分ほど）までいく必要あり、電子レンジはレンタル用に3台あったが全てレンタル中で借りれなかったので早めの予約確認が良いと思います。

$100 extra, hidden, daily “incident” fee and was charged an extra $400 fee for 4 days on arrival. Kept the room clean throughout my stay and when I left, probably won’t see that money returned unless I call and fight with billing which is super frustrating. Housekeeping would unlock my door and enter my room multiple times a day even if i didnt respond. It made me feel like I had to literally stay in my room to protect my belongings. People would dive at the pool and splash water on you if your sitting in a chair. Don’t charge your room number or people around you will hear and charge their charges to your room. Expensive drinks. Checked out early, housekeeping texted me following day because I had to put an “I am sleeping” sign on the door specifically to keep housekeeping out so they didnt even check me out when I handed in my room keys which is ridiculous. they told me i either had to call Expedia or billing for my money back because I left 2 nights early. Safe to say, I will never go back. Positives, good food 1st floor (over priced), nice bartenders (some inexperienced) great location. (depending which way you walk, be careful) walking distance to bars. 10 minutes away from airport. still never going back.

Everytime I come to Arizona I make sure I have a reservations here lone the staff and rooftop

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating with the room selections. The ease of check in was appreciated. The room layout was different and I enjoyed the barn doors. The bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff was friendly and assisted energetically! I appreciated the separated toilet area from the sink. There was another separation from the sleeping area. That was a wonderful. The sleep sign, with a string, stayed on the door with ease. My extra towels request were granted immediately! The refrigerator drawer was a grand idea. I do not like unpacking. The hotel room had a staging area, in the closet, for my open luggage. WINNING!!! There was a super long table, under the TV, to lay out my food and TASTY BEVERAGES. Room darkening curtains were a plus! Free water bottles daily. The best part of stay were the DAILY texts asking if I needed anything? I didn't require cleaning services, but they would take out the trash and replenish my fresh towels, when I responded accordingly. THE BEST HOTEL STAY EVER!!!!!:-)

Short 2-day stay for family event in Phoenix. Convenient location. Great, friendly and thoughtful staff from valet to front desk. Restaurant breakfast is legit brunch with live music. Everyone looked like they were having fun. Chill lobby with intentional spaces for gathering or stealing a moment to yourself by the fire.

It was too nosy and I had to leave I couldy stand the noise

Very boutique like vibe but wasn't a fan of the bathroom. The doors that separate the rooms didn't stay.
