Very clean and friendly staff

Labour Club adjoins in the parking area.

Having to pay for parking is a bit much, especially when it turned out to be free on the weekend. Staff didn't seem to state this. Otherwise very modern and clean hotel.

Easy fast check in lovely room overlooking lake & fresh & clean sheets & bathroom stayed 4 nights & looking forward to my next stay

New everything! Beds, bathrooms, towels… Good parking with EV chargers (32 amp). Only criticism was signage. The building looks like a large multi-storey parking lot not a hotel from the street, with only one small grey Mercure sign.

Unfortunately one of two lifts was out of service, so much waiting around was experienced

Breakfast was very ordinary

TV did not work even though they knew about it and rented the room anyway, light fitting location means person hits their head easily on when in bed. Only half petition in shower which means water everywhere. PLace smelt when entering, A/C only cooled at max not moderation and very noisy.

We loved our stay, having parking and the club next door was amazing will definitely be where we stay from now on.

Easy parking and also there are many restaurants nearby to choose from.

Here on business I needed a quiet peaceful hotel to relax after a hard days work & found it at this hotel helpful staff great location lovely room with great views close to club & restaurant this was my 6th stay here & looking forward to my 7th

Always stay at Mercure Belconnen every time we are visiting Canberra. Convenient Location, close to Cafes, Supermarket, and Park. Friendly service. Room is spacious , clean and tidy especially the bathroom.

A smart tv would help.

Location was excellent

We liked the easy access from within the Mercure property to the Labor Club. We joined for $1.00 each and received discounts on drinks and meals.
