Perfect for a quick getaway

We had a good stay apart from other guests working us up in the other room been loud

Chilled friendly hotel Super comfy bed and spacious bedroom, called Medium double Very welcoming for our dog, even has dog washing area in the basement Look forward to returning

Great location and lovely meals, some tight hallways and random stairs but overall a great stay to enjoy the waterfront.

This is such a fabulous friendly relaxing place to stay :) The staff were lovely, and the food was excellent; we have food allergies, and the restaurant staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our assistance dog was given a toy on arrival - it's definitely recommended for people wanting to take their dog on holiday with them. We had a stunning sea view from our room too - the beach is literally less than 5 minutes away. We will be back - nothing but praise for this lovely place.

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, fantastic view of Scarborough from the hotel room and a gift for my dog. All in all a great stay.

Room was clean and comfortable, and staff were efficient and friendly. The free coffee in the lounge, afternoon cake, along with a coffee machine and fresh milk in the room were a great touch. Ate in the restaurant on one night and the food was great. Also, the special parking rates at £4 per day are amazing.

Free coffee, tea and cake are a nice afternoon bonus. Great location.

A lovely hotel with a wonderful room (318) that I will stay in again. Bar and restaurant excellent.

Our room was noisy, old , walls and ceiling with cracks, windows frame deteriorated and one glass broken… not safe. Beautiful view but the windows were so dirty due to seagulls I guess, who are a nightmare 24/7 and entertain you especially from 4.30 am on… the. General condition of the hotel is not excellent but the employees are very very nice and with beautiful smiles!

On arrival we were met at the entrance at this point all was good, the gentleman was very helpful. Everything was looking good until we stepped into the lift which was very small and very drab it only just took 2 adults and two hand luggage and everything went down hill from there. The decor was horrendous. Orange and green walls i was beginning to think it was a hostel. The room had a gap at the bottom ofcabout 4 inches, my husband kept hitting his head on the light fitting as it was hanging on a rooe

Stayed at here before as is prefect location in center of Scarborough with many areas within easy walking distance. Lovely hotel with staff second to none. Reasonable prices despite height of summer season and can get extremely busy. Parking can be a pain but other than that… highly recommended

Hotel service was excellent from dropping the bags off to checking out. They were so accommodating for dogs nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great and the free tea and coffee was great

The bike and boots hotel in Scarborough was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly rooms extremely clean including all other parts of the hotel. The building is old but has been very well maintained. They also allow dogs on site but unlike other hotels in the area this is kept very clean.. we will definitely be staying again. The food and bar restaurant is very spacious and has a beret of lovely dishes and a good selection of alcohol

The location of the hotel is great, with good parking options around the hotel. The parking permit is a reduced daily rate. The hotel rooms are spacious. Breakfast has plenty of choice and the food in the restaurant is really nice. Friendly staff. Nice areas to sit and enjoy a free coffee or a drink from the bar. Even though its a dog friendly hotel, it doesnt smell "doggy". The negative was the roller blind in the bathroom, our room was at the back of the hotel and the roller blind wasn't blackout. Its out of the control of the hotel...but the gulls don't sleep..at all...so be prepared for the noise. I would stay again and deffinatley recommend.

We stayed 2 nights to ride the cinder trail to whitby and back then a night out in scarborough. We had evening meals both nights, the food was great.
