Pictures posted does not look anything like the actual property. No AC in hot summer days plus loud noise from street (2nd floor), means you cant leave windows open to sleep. Too hot to sleep for any person, did not sleep at all during our stay. Curtains are also too small and do not cover the entire window, being too close to street lamps, you have very bright, hot and noisy room. At this price there are many better options, in the area.

Edgar Suites Apartment Martyrs was modern and charming. There was plenty of space for 5 adults to live comfortably for 8 nights just outside of Paris center. The neighborhood was just perfect, it felt safe and also lively, without being overcrowded. The neighborhood was family friendly, and made us feel right at home. Our street was filled with shops that gave us everything we needed, bakeries, meat markets, fruit and vegetable markets, cheese, wine, coffee, and tea markets, etc.. The local cafes were enjoyable and the shopping was great!

Super appartement, confortable, bien situé, cuisine très bien équipée, deux salles de bain et literie confortable. Un tout petit bémol: deux chambres donnent sur la rue des Martyrs et sont donc un peu bruyantes.

Tolle Lage, viel Charme, viele Bäckereien und Lebensmittel-Läden vor der Haustüre. Die Strasse ist in der Nacht leider etwas lärmig.

Great stay at this apartment! Edgar and his team were extremely professional and easy to communicate with while we got ready for our trip. Traveled with 4 teenagers and the apartment was perfect size and had all the amenities needed. The apartment was super clean and well organized, great location with cheese shops, wine shops, groceries etc right outside the door. First time for all of us as a family in Paris -- Edgar Suites was the perfect base for us and really help make this trip special. Will be back, no question. Thank you.

This was a wonderful place for a group of three: two 16-yr-old girls and me, a mom. The location near both Grands Boulevards and Montmartre made it easy to get anywhere. We cooked one night and had everything we needed but the area is full of wonderful restaurants that we took advantage of that. Edgar was kind enough to allow us to drop our luggage off early before the official check-in, which was so nice for three people after a long flight from Chicago. His communication was top notch and the beds were so comfy. I was worried about the street noise but had no issues. Two nice surprises were the fans in the room and the outlets with USB ports. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastiskt boende! Kan inte bli bättre! Mitt i Montmartrekvarteren, perfekt läge till allt. Vi var två vuxna och 3 tonårsbarn. Lägenheten hade 3 dubbelsovrum och ett mindre pentry och vardagsrum, 2 duschrum och 1 toalett. Väldigt rent och fräscht med toppservice. Rekommenderas varmt!

As a family Of 2 adults 2 teenagers we loved this apartment on the first floor. Overlooking the corner fruit market And cafes it felt vibrant and alive to the real Paris. Ideally located near metro or walking distances to station and attractions. Clean and well looked after apartment with everything you need for a stay. Even good quality bedding/towels! The only thing we would add is a brief welcome pack of local information etc and directions for handover process. We left word we would arrive post 7 but the poor agent wasn’t told and waited ages for us unnecessarily.
