friendly and kind staff

到着後、移動で疲れているのを見て、ホテルスタッフがすかさずお水を出してくれました。気さくなスタッフ、部屋も清潔でおしゃれなインテリア、内装でした。美術館巡り、市内観光に便利な場所でした。また来たいと思うようなホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

Great location within walking distance to the train station. Several cafes nearby. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star rating was we couldnt get the AC in the room cooler than 20 C.

Convenient location

직원 분들 친절해요. 방도 널찍하고, 무엇보다 짐 운동기구가 있어서 즐거웠어요. 다만 조식은 약간 아쉬움이 있어요. 스페인답게 토마토 갈아서 빵에 발라먹는 소스를 기대했는데 없었어요. 딸기잼 등 기본적인 소스도 아쉬운 점이었스빈다.

Clean and very nice staff

My husband and I stayed just one night here but we loved our stay. Staffs were very friendly room was impeccably clean walkable distance to Atocha train station very close to Prado it was perfect for us

Great location near Atocha train station and all of the art museums. Rooms are large with a loft type feel keeping the historic nature of the building with very modern fixtures inside. Hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff is outstanding. Very quiet inside the hotel and the rooms

The room was spotless. The hotel is very lovely. Location cannot be beat. Courteous and polite staff who were helpful at every turn. Could not ask for more.

Great location, staff amazing!

Breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Shower is very nice. I am a Hilton gold honors member and I was never asked or recognized as such. We had a slight issue with our housekeeping staff. They moved many of our personal items around. We understand they have a job and a certain amount of things they need to do but the items they moved did not interfere with the housekeeping they needed to do. Overall this was a very nice hotel in a great location. Would certainly stay here again for a future visit.

Al llegar de un largo viaje por suiza, otro idioma, otra comida y gente más fría que la nieve, en este hotel uno se siente como llegar a casa. Muchas gracias por significar el cierre de nuestras vacaciones.

Stayed one night after arriving from US. Gave us an early check in. Very comfortable room. Clean and quiet.

Breakfast could be better

The room was great, the staff was great and very helpful, and the location is terrrific.

We had a great stay at Atocha Hotel Madrid. We arrived a little before the check-in time, and we were given an upgrade to a bigger room in order to accommodate our early check in. The staff was all very friendly, and the room was very clean. We will be choosing this hotel for our next stay in Madrid!
