New hotel, very clean, decent breakfast

The Hyatt Place is absolutely one of my most favorite hotel stays! Enjoyable stay. The bed, the room comfort, the cleanliness, the bathroom standing shower spacious and safe. I love that they have a washer and dryer on each floor, conveniently next to the elevators. The technology rooms, easy access. The lobby and staff were phenomenal great 10 out of 10. Very nice modern hotel.

Stay was great, hotel was nice would have been a five star but they charge for parking when there is plenty of parking and other close by hotels do not charge for parking. Very cheap! Don’t nickel and dime your loyal customers.

Clean, no coffee available except room, They charge for parking, should be included in the price without nickling and dimeing .

Bad policy to make guest pay for parking. Also charging my card at 4:09 am so it was tagged as fraud and my card was cancelled.

Wonderful place, nice attention we are enjoin our weekend

This hotel exceeded my expectations- room was clean, everything worked, water pressure in shower was outstanding, breakfast was much better than I expected.

We found bed bugs in our room and are still waiting for management to contact us, that was last weekend.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Man merkt jedoch dass es an mancher Stelle etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und kleine Reparaturen nicht erfolgt sind, dennoch vermittelt es einen hochklassigen Eindruck.

Great customer service. Lobby was welcoming, Room was clean, and the breakfast had a variety for all.

My A/C didn't work well and the mattress wasn't the best

They are great as always and made sure my room was free from feathers.... I'm allergic!
