This was a very nice property in every respect. Had a nice fitness area as well and very good breakfast.

Though no fault of their own a terrible storm came through Brandon during our stay and it knocked the power out at the hotel, for a very significant amount of time. I felt bad for the young front desk attendant as she didn’t know what to do or how to help the 50+ guests at the hotel.

Nice and clean hotel.

My wife and two teenage kids were in town for a day for a family funeral. For a quick stay the fact that the beds and pillows were comfortable, the property clean and modern, and the breakfast quite good were all sufficient to our needs. We would definitely come back for a longer stay though, as the pool complex and gym areas looked very good. We really liked how close we were to restaurants. Also, the fair grounds across the street couldn’t be more convenient if we were attending an event there. All in all, we were glad we chose this option for our little stay.

The items for purchase were perfect and right on the mark. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast food was heat as was the staff in the morning there.

Everything was great

Room was nice and breakfast had many options, but I have stayed there twice in the past two months and both times the hot tub gets weren’t working. Speaking to the staff they just said that’s the way it is, which is very disappointing.

Staff was very kind. Bed was comfy, room was very clean and stay came with breakfast, which is great!

Comfort and cleanliness. Also it was very quiet and relaxing.

First staff member didn't say hello or speak with me after buzzing me in through locked front entrance. They continued to ignored me to take a call on hold. Only when a second staff member came several minutes later did I get decent service. While hotel rooms are nice, the lobby is a pain to access and not that accessible with doors that don't stay open when moving carts with luggage through. Breakfast only starts at 630am which is later than most hotels and not convenient for those that start work early. For the higher price they charge, I was expecting more.
