I stayed 3 nights during silverstone festival 2023 as one of the member of racing team. ① ThIs HOTEL is the most convinience for go to between racing team pit area and museum and event area. ② There is a biggest gift shop here. ③ Hotel stuff was very kind of my laundry trouble、that was so quickly and flexible. ④ Of course. the view of race from hotel restaurant is quite exellent！ T.Y. from Tokyo

Everyone we saw at the hotel was so lovely! The lady who checked us in was so so nice, she was able to tell me everything I needed to know and was also able to get us an upgrade on our room!!!! The food and drinks were amazing! Worth every penny and the staff even though busy were all still super helpful and made us feel so welcome. We were even lucky enough to see the European Le Man practicing while we were there! The Silverstone shop is very nice and was easy accessible, you can walk straight from the hotel into the shop without having to leave. Overall the experience was amazing and we will definitely be back!

We were at the Hilton for a Silverstone Porsche Experience day, everything was really good from booking in, (got an upgrade), to the Box Bar staff. The room overlooked the track with a balcony which was perfect as the Ferrari team who were practicing. Room maintenance was excellent as well.

Breakfast under par , basic bread , no muesli and ran out of sauces. Great reception and facilities

Expensive food menu but otherwise really nice stay.

Convenient to the circuit and all amenities. Didn’t like the fact they put me down as a no show and cancelled my booking a specially when I informed them three weeks before that I wouldn’t be able to attend my first night stay. The air conditioning didn’t work and you couldn’t open the windows, this was reported to the reception to no avail. There were tears in the duvet cover photos taken if required.

Just back from 4 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn for the Silverstone Festival. I'm not familiar with the Hilton Garden Inn chain but have stayed at Hilton hotels previously, albeit some time ago. The hotel presents well, being smart, modern and clean. There are a number of room choices and we went for Kingsize and trackside. Room format is typically of those found in US motels; a bedroom with a shower cubicle, toilet cubicle and a wash hand basin in the corner of the room; functional but not what we were expecting. Shower door opens into the bedroom and there is nowhere to put your wet towel so these probably get re-laundered Aircon went faulty one night and was fixed promptly once reported. It would seem you also have to request reception to alter the room settings. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was fully booked - food arrived quickly and was well cooked but we had to find cutlery and serviettes ourselves and the requested condiments never appeared. Trackside balcony was useful but the paddock overbridge obscures the view - the best vantage points being the balcony alongside the restaurant or the roof top balcony and these are available to all guests. Whilst the hotel is inside the circuit for major events you find a fence erected around the carpark such that it is now outside the circuit - that means a much longer walk with your event tickets to get out of the circuit, loop back round to find your car, then retrace and join the queue to get back in - not great

The venue was neat for where it was and the vantages and F1 excitement that go with it however the wear on the hotel and amenities lent itself more to a sports venue than a luxury hotel. The staff were fantastic but the spaces needed a bit of a touch up. We would revisit.

Lovely clean room & bathroom, & comfortable bed. My only gripe is that the tea bags we’re not replenished, so we could not have a cuppa the next morning! Otherwise an excellent hotel, have stayed there 3 times.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Ordered drinks at the bar which I had to pay for upfront. Unfortunately two of the drinks were unavailable. Staff had to take me to the reception for a refund. Did get a complimentary drink. Perhaps they should charge you after they pour your drinks. Overall had a good experience. Would recommend.

Great hotel with fantastic track views - especially if you get a balcony room.

I was a little annoyed that you dont actually get anywhere to change clothes. You just get a shower and toilet. Both you cant change in. Also the hook for the towel while your in the shower was on the wrong side, you have open the door come out to grab it. The shower trap wasnt the cleanest. Apart from that our stay in the king with sofa bed was great, just wish id had some where change agter a shower was we took out teenager with us. The food and staff were great very helpful. The outside top floor terrace was great. We stayed at the escapade in February which i know is double the price but you definitely get a better deal.

The hotel was amazing and the view from our room was amazing. Helpful and friendly staff food was really nice. Would definitely stay again.

Location is epic, being able to watch motor racing whilst having breakfast was absolutely fantastic
