Very disappointed there is no lift in that hotel

I booked a room just to spend a few hours before going to the airport for a late flight. When I booked it said one-way airport pick up or drop off included but when I arrived I was told it wasn't included on the booking for a budget room and would be over 4000LKR (Uber is less than 2000) Room was decent size and with AC. It was noisy and had a light shining in the window from the corridor. Shower was cold. Plus side, owners/workers were pleasant. Room didn't have a hairdryer so they let me access a different room to use one. Security guard sat with me at midnight whilst waiting for taxi

Hotel war gut gelegen, Strand direkt gegenüber der Straße. Personal sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert. Durften länger im Hotel bleiben und alles benutzen, da unser Flug er um Mitternacht ging. Pool völlig ausreichend, sauber und angenehm kühl. Hatten eine Suite, in der Bettdecke waren ein paar Löcher und die Badezimmer Tür und Duschtür konnte man nicht komplett schließen. Das ist aber das einzige was ich bemängeln kann.

Negombo is very touristy and the restaurants cater for tourists seek out the local places. Nice hotel in a convenient location.

This was absolutely perfect! Value for Money. Probably the best stay we had i Sri Lanka! And also the best receptionist Bryan, he was very sweet, helpful and everytime we needed anything he would gladly help! Amazing service.

Överlag mycket nöjd med vistelsen. Hotellet ligger bra till med närhet till stranden osv. Bra med pool. Vi, tre personer, bodde där i 3 nätter och det var ingen städning eller tömning av sopor någon av dagarna trots att det stod ”daglig städning” på Hotels.com. Det var ett minus. Ingen info om frukost osv vid ankomst. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo här igen, då kommer jag be om städning osv. Rekommenderar. Personalen i restaurangen är mkt trevlig!
