ティアラサでの1泊は素晴らしい滞在でした。到着した瞬間から、スタッフの皆さんは大変フレンドリーで温かく迎えてくれ、まるで我が家のようにくつろげました。食事は美味しく、設備も丁寧に整備され、考え抜かれたデザインでした。 周辺全体が清潔で静かで、美しく手入れされており、穏やかな雰囲気でリラックスすることができました。特に川は素晴らしく、澄み切っていて、静かで穏やかでした。 滞在中のハイライトは焚き火でした。子供たちはマシュマロを焼くのが大好きで、「星空の下での映画鑑賞」はまさに魔法のような体験でした。涼しい気候が全てをさらに完璧なものにしてくれました。何より、蚊や虫の心配をする必要がなかったのが、夜をさらに楽しくしてくれました。 全体的に見て、ティアラサは自然に囲まれた静かでリフレッシュできる休暇をお探しの方にピッタリの場所です。ぜひまた訪れたいと思っています！

週末の休暇に素晴らしい滞在ができました。とてもユニークな体験ができました。周囲の景色は美しく、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切、レストランの食事も美味しかったです。子供も本当に楽しんで滞在しました。また必ず来ます。

全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした！スタッフはチェックインからチェックアウトまでずっととても温かく親切で、ホテルの客室にある通常のインターホンの代わりに、ゲストとのコミュニケーションに WhatsApp を使用しています。レストランでディナーを楽しみ、メニューやバーベキューのオファーはすべて WhatsApp で送られてきたので、予約や手配がとても便利でした。家族や親しい人たちとただぶらぶらしたり、話したり、都会の生活から逃れたりするのに間違いなく素敵な場所です！

滞在中、道路の入り口は木の伐採作業によって封鎖されていました。

私と家族にとって素晴らしい経験でした。楽しい休暇を演出してくれた Tiarasa のスタッフ全員に本当に感謝しています。👍。

My favourite glamping experience with fantastic greenery view. My kids love Tiarasa very much and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely will repeat again.

Awesome experience staying here. Service very attentive. Leave a small request but no reply. When we open the door, to our surprised was decorate ‘ Happy Birthday’ & balloons. Instantly my wife 's mood 180degree changed. Asked for temporary to keep my cake in bigger fridge as it doesn't fit in room 's, one of their staff walk all the way to our glamping to take it from there. Environment was quiet & cooling very good for healing as it not far from Kuala Lumpur. Low density which makes the place not crowded. Food was nice too. Price per night not cheap, but worth every pennies. Bonus was book through here even lower price. Recommended.

Maybe too pricey compare what you get. If you want outdoor activity (but minor activity for family, not so much) here the place. But if you think about chilling, rest, and you are not too “nature”. This is not for you, breakfast, dinner hm with that price, not worth it. No TV, to many insect in the cabin,

Suppose to be an upmarket, high end glamping resort but did not meet expectations. Overpriced for what you get. Clean and staff were attentive. F&B needs massive improvement. Quiet and tranquil surroundings. Much to improve if it wants to keep itself as high end resort. For now, it does not cut it.

Overall it was good, tapi kalau activity untuk bermain (eg: badminton, memanah, etc.) tu diselenggarakan diletakkan siap-siap dengan lebih teratur dan lebih baik

Menginap 2 hari 1 malam bersama isteri dan anak 2 tahun. Kebetulan kami pergi hari selepas seminggu cuti panjang. Jadi, tak ramai pengunjung yang ada. Fasiliti yang ada sesuai untuk bawa anak bercuti. Ada kolam renang sesuai dengan kedalaman untuk kanak-kanak, sungai yang cantik (aktiviti tangkap ikan disediakan tapi kami tak jumpa ikan pun, haha), padang untuk aktiviti (cuma sedikit berlecak kerana musim hujan), wayang filem tertentu, bilik permainan indoor dan unggun api pada waktu malam. Bersih & terjaga. Cuma kalau ramai orang, mungkin akan kurang sikit, sebab tempat tidaklah terlalu besar. Secara keseluruhan, kami berpuas hati dengan penginapan yang disediakan.

Overall, We have a pleasant journey there. Just would like to have some suggestions on the improvement of this resort. 1. We unable to reach the resort location with Google map, kindly update to Google map team with your correction direction instructions. Or the resort should provide the guidelines for driving guest in the booking details or recommendation using Waze instead of Google map. 2. We stayed at tree house but the first day check in the cleanliness condition is not good, it doesn't mean it is not clean, but it has been cleaned after previous guest check out and has been leave for few days so it has been dusty and flies in natural environment. Please make sure a checking before new guest check-in. Appreciated the next day cleaning session. 3. We have a 3d2n vacation there. So we would like to suggest that the breakfast which is not buffet style would be slightly different from the first day but we have the same ala-carte breakfast which has no choice in the meal. Only credit to our breakfast is they have few locations to choose where we would like to have our breakfast which so far I didn't have such wonderful experience in having my breakfast during my vacation. It ' s great! 4. Should have more competitive price package to guest, a bit over priced …. That ' s all for my feedback. Thank you.

This is the second time I am booking my stay at Tiarasa … I think that pretty much tells everything? 🤭.

The hotel staff is good but the property was too noisy, we had two Dragonfly units and it was close to the generator and peacock enclosure so we didn't sleep well. Also the spotlights shining into the tent doesn't help either.
