ホステルのスタッフはフレンドリーではありません。指紋認証が必要なため、中に入るのは非常に困難ですが、スタッフが受付にいることはめったにありません。通りかかった他の宿泊客がドアを開けてくれるのを待つために、15 分ほど外で足止めされることが何度もありました。バスルームも全体的に壊れていて、特にビデは悪臭がします。スタッフは、必要なときにトイレタリーを提供しませんでした。ロッカーは利用可能でしたが、チェックインしたときには何もありませんでした。部屋は人でいっぱいで、眠るのが困難でした。

its pretty okay for the bed with aircond, cleanest, cr and wifi. but yes there is deposit for the room key and there is also little miscomunication betwwen the hotel and traveloka payment issue. but everything be clear already after I need make call to help clarify this issue. hope next time not to ask customer to explain and clarify the payment that we make will be great. if we have book id means we already pay. overall I am satisfied with the hotel bed and clean. don't expect privacy because its bunk bed , you need be aware if you wanna talk in phone. ah one more no charger place in bed room. you need go out just to charge cellphone mo..so yea the only disatisfaction from me is that. hard to charge my phone in room. hope they can instal extension for that. overall worth to stay for emergecy need because this pandemic. there is also laundry place down of the hotel so its awesome😎
