My roommates were too quiet and I tried not to make a sound. I was so embarrassed that I had to go to the bathroom on the basement floor because the sound of defecation echoed in the room.( ^ω^ )

The rooms were clean, but there was no TV and no kettle to boil water. The staff were helpful, the beach was right in front of us and the surroundings were good, but I thought the price was high for this.

Cheap and cheerful, mostly did job for 1 night. Close by to everything and very near the seafront which is nice. Could’ve been cleaner, lots of limescale and crud in the shower and some hairs around the place but not awful. Staff were friendly and welcoming. My main issue was we had x2 drunk men knock on our door at 3am and then try to break in when their key card didn’t work (presumably thinking it was their room). When we spoke to them, they said they’d been sent here and tried to get inside again. Eventually they left but it was quite nerve wracking and could’ve been very dangerous for a solo traveller, of which there were many in this hotel. They did have a 24hr desk but we were unsure about leaving the room to go to it as we could still hear them shouting and stomping around outside our room/corridor for over an hour afterwards, so just gave up and went to sleep. When we told the desk in the morning, they were very apologetic but I can’t understand why the attendant who let them inside in such a state didn’t walk them directly to their room? Or even hear the commotion of them shouting as we were on the ground floor. Seemed a bit remiss of night staff and did mean myself and my partner didn’t feel too safe. I understand other people’s behaviour isn’t their fault but I wonder if it could’ve been prevented by the person at the desk, presumably why they have a 24hr desk.

Great little find, right by the beach. A little noisy if you need to open the bedroom windows though x

We had a 4th floor room which was great. Very spacious and with an amazing view.

Nähe zu Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Direkt am Meer gelegen. Nicht weit zu Bus und Bahn. Gemütliche Zimmer. Auch der Mini Room war ausreichend für zwei Personen. Eher Jugendherbergs Stil. Frühstück war ok aber nicht sehr viel Auswahl. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very nice beach front hotel - our room was massive with a lovely sea view, comfy bed, and nice feel to it, the only negative was the shower was slow to heat up - but was fine when it got going. Breakfast was pretty decent - the toasters were a bit slow, and the coffee wasn’t great but for the price couldn’t really complain. I would happily stay in the hotel again.

Liked the availability of different cost rooms. Quirky nice interior. Had a comfortable stay & for very reasonable cost. Would stay again.

Little bit older by nice to stay for one night. Close to the beach parking place and city center

I stayed here with my 2 children and found it to be great for what we wanted. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were super comfy. The location was right opposite the west pier, about 10 min walk to the palace pier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't have the breakfast so cant comment on that. But overall it was perfect for what we needed and great value for money.

Good location, friendly staff. Although the amenities aren't new, they're in good condition and clean, which is what matters. The beds are very comfortable.

Pet friendly but other hotels near by offer the same service so dont bother. I would not stay there again for free. It is very run down than it looks on line. On a very busy road, It was like four walls and a bed on the motor way. Staff are very casual and often absent from reception and service is poor, had to ask for complementary items as they were not refilled even in communal areas.

Great value for money. Good location. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom. All staff really friendly and polite. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.

It was actually a great stay. Great hostel, great vibe, very clean and comfortable beds. More hostel should be like this one.
