ホテル自体は、とてもおしゃれで綺麗でした。ロビーにソファーが多いのもよかったです。朝食は品数が少ないので、急ぎの時は便利ですが、あまり充実していません。 不満な点は、最初チェックインした部屋がお湯がぬるくてほとんど出なくて、次に交換した部屋に行ったら、まだハウスクリーニングされておらず、3つ目の部屋でようやく熱いシャワーを浴びることができました。バスタブはありません。 フロントの対応はとても良かったのですが、残念でした。

Otelin konumu ve odaların büyüklüğü mükemmeldi. Biz iki ayrı yataklı odada kaldık. Konfor mükemmeldi. Sadece çarşafların rengi biraz soluk ve eski yüzlüydü Bu güzel otelde bembeyaz çarşaflar beklerdim. Onun dışında herşey mükemmeldi.

The hotel was clean staff was great even the ice machine was fairly difficult to use and the front staff was able to advise how to use or suggest the bar area to fill up

Great option for the convention centre, being less than 5 mins walk away. Some nice eateries and a CVS also very conveniently close by. Had a corner room which was very comfortable, spacious, modern and surprisingly quiet. The floor to ceiling windows made it lovely and bright. Housekeeping was excellent as were any of the team I spoke with the reception desk. A colleague I was traveling with did try the breakfast and said they didn't feel it was worth the price however with decent options close by I'd recommend trying outside the hotel anyway (great bagels next door). A slight note of caution - Ciel on the penthouse level is a bar who are a separate business to the hotel but you have to enter via the hotel lobby and who use the hotel elevators to get up and down. It's great that it's popular however it did cause noise issues for travel companions on higher levels due to music/balcony noise. My own room was on the third floor and I also got some noise from party goers leaving via the hotel lobby and staying outside the hotel doors talking, shouting, etc as you do when leaving a bar. I'd stay again if I needed to visit town for a convention but would try for a room on a floor 5 through 8.

This experience was ok. I fell in love with my first stay because of the bathroom. This time I wasn't that happy. It wasn't bad.

Great Experience！

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a great dinner at the rooftop lounge.

Cash free is ridiculous when you can’t even break a $20 bill to tip the housekeeper. She went untipped on our second day, which is unfair. Bathroom counter had an oily substance on it (not from us) after the room was cleaned, and makeup remover wipe was not replenished.

Great and convenient stay downtown.

Air conditioning wasn’t working as it should. It wasn’t hot but it had a hard time keeping the room cool and it got hot when it was only 74 outside but interior room couldn’t get to 70 degrees inside

Everything is walkable

I enjoyed the trip , hotel was nice. I definitely will not stay on the 13th floor again I didn’t really get any sleep until the club closed upstairs it was kinda loud and Saturday night was a busier night and the noise was louder. Other than that I enjoyed D.C.

Great experience, I will definitely stay there again soon.
