シャワーなどの温水が出るまで時間がかかる。また、洗面所の排水も少し悪くてたまに匂いました。それ以外は問題なかったです。

No hicieron aseo en la habitación

Room was very clean, bathroom fully functioning and new, comfortable bed and pillows, spacious room. Kitchen part also in good condition and functional. Some parts look tired and need replacing, for which the images of the rooms are not totally faithful - however, it will not affect your stay. It was quiet at night and it is very centrally and well located in terms of walking distances to main sites and access to public transport.

La habitación es limpia y cuenta con lo servicios necesarios para una estancia cómoda. Está muy bien ubicada para hacer los recorridos caminando y está muy próximas estaciones de tren. Además tuvieron la flexibilidad de entregarnos la habitación desde temprano ya que estaba lista.

Apartamentos muito simples, com uma estrutura básica. Não tem manutenção de limpeza nos quartos.

La ubicación excelente sobre gran vía pero las fotos de la publicidad que ver con lo que realmente ofrecen, el cuarto demasiado pequeño, piso muy desgastado, baño reducido, el aire acondicionado no servía, sin contar que no hacen la limpieza de las habitaciones solo que cumplas 6 noches de estancia lo cual no se especificaba.

Es un hostal y lo anuncian como hotel Regadera demasiado pequeña La televisión no se podía ver acostado, tenías que sentarte ya que tenía muy mala posición

Este lugar no tenia aire acondicionado y hacia un calor terrible en la habitación, se lo comuniqué a recepción y me dijeron tenian el sistema caido y que tenia que dormir con la ventana abierta un total falta de respeto porque barato no fue la estadía ahi !

The hotel its in the perfect area. The rooms are too smalls and have low details attentions but the area in Gran Via is the best.

El hotel está bien situado, pero la habitación no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que exponen. Muy viejo, el baño minúsculo.

Deben mejorar el aire acondicionado.

Location is very good; amenities were appropriate for apartment type accommodation (hot plate; dishes ...). Very modest quality of furnishings overall. Hallway floor boards have gaps; very worn down. TV has 32 channels listed, 4 actually get a signal; all are totally pixelated. Repair person was called and never showed up. Great for travelers with low expectations.
