アットホームな雰囲気のホテル。サヌールエリアで最高のホテルです。少し古いですが、強くお勧めします。

サヌールの素晴らしい選択肢です。ホテルはより親密な雰囲気を提供し、小さなお子様連れの家族にも最適です。ショッピングモールに買い物に行ったり、ショッピングモールの食べ物を楽しみたい場合は、サヌール アイコンがすぐ近くにあります。ビーチへのアクセスと自転車は、ビーチを存分に楽しむのにとても便利です。スタッフ全員がとても歓迎的で親切です。

アンダーズに泊まるのはいつも素晴らしい経験です。サービスは素晴らしく、イダ・アユはとても親切で、花屋や朝に必要なすべてのことを手伝ってくれました。フィッシャーマンズクラブの食事と雰囲気もとても素敵です！バリ島を訪れるたびに、必ずアンダーズに戻ってきます

- ウェルカムドリンク - 温かくフレンドリーな女性の受付 - ホテルの雰囲気が良い (公共エリア)、プロ用のカメラや長いレンズを使用せずに撮影しました。知人に写真を撮ってもらったので、思い出のために写真を撮っただけです（滞在するたびに撮ります。アヤナやウェスティンなどでは問題ありません）。彼の言葉は不愉快なもので（写真撮影禁止）、費用についても触れられていました。費用などは関係ありません。しかし、彼のしたことは私にとって不快なものでした。全体的にホテルは、ホテル経営者としてふさわしくないアルダナ氏を除いて、本当に大丈夫です。

場所は素晴らしく、とてもリラックスできますが、バルコニーには蚊がたくさんいます

The service are great, room super clean and neat, lot 's of complimentary and amenities, the garden and room ambiance was beautiful.

Saya pesan dari pagi lewat aplikasi. Check in kita bisa masuk jam 3 sore. Ini jam 5 lebih dan belum bisa check in dengan alasan pesanan baru masuk dan kamar belum ready. So bad, untuk hotel sekelas Andaz. Service buruk!

We had a great experience in Andaz, they upgrade our room into deluxe lagoon access, superb great breakfast!

The room and service were very excellent. All the non-alcohol items in the room bar were free. However, my only criticism was on the breakfast menus and quality when comparing it to other hotels with a similar rate. A la carte breakfast menus usually contain items that would not taste best when served buffet style. Andaz's menus are a bit underwhelming and contain most items which are typically served in buffet style. All the menus in Fruit & Vegetable, Deli, bakery (except for crois madame and French Toast, and Local Flavour sections are all typical buffet style. So it 's like eating buffet breakfast but with a longer wait (which is annoying) of a la carte menu. Menus like fruits, cereal, muesli, soto madura, bubur, kway teow goreng (and most items in the menu) do not need to be a la carte. Why not just present them all buffet style and put the few items on the menu to order a la carte? The impression could easily be misinterpreted as being a stingy hotel instead of appreciative of the effort to minimise food waste. But at the this price rate, there are quite a few hotels in Bali which provide a better quality a la carte menu. By the way, there is no beef or pork in the menu other than in Kimchi jjigae and Soto Madura (They are all in very small pieces). The “babi guling rilette” was 4 paper-thin shreds of pork in a jar of oil. So yes, other than the breakfast menu, everything else is great.

Shoutout to Bli Arya for being so kind to us and everyone at Andaz team are so nice. It was worth every penny. Too bad we stayed during heavy storm but the resort still looks pretty though. Will definitely stay here again & again. Top notch!
