旧市街からは少し遠いが、素敵な施設でした

部屋は広い上に窓からの眺めが最高！日本人なら欲しいスリッパも備えてある。床が木張なのも嬉しい。近くの大聖堂から時折聞こえる鐘の音も心地よい。ルーフトップバーも、眺めが素晴らしく、夜風に吹かれて心地よいゆったりとした時間を過ごせる。スタッフも親切で対応も素晴らしい。申し分のないホテルでまた訪れたくなります。

中心街まで徒歩10〜15分、食べ歩きの旅における散歩としてもぴったりの距離 Googleマップのナビに従うと少し長い登り坂を歩くことになりますが、エレベーターがあるので、ホテルのウェブサイトをよく見るか、事前に問い合わせしておくことをお勧めします

サン・セバスティアンで、レアル・ソシエダの試合を見るために1泊しました。レアレ・アレーナへの電車でのアクセスもよく、また市街地へもそう遠くはなかったので満足しています。 内装や、設備は充実しており、スタイリッシュな内装でファミリールームを妻と、8歳と10歳の子どもたちと4人で楽しく泊まることができました。また、朝食ブッフェもとてもおいしかったのでオススメです。

高台にあり、バスステーションから歩くと遠回りの坂道になる。タクシーが良い。ホテルから地上へのエレベーターがあり、坂道を経由せず繁華街へ行くには、これを利用すると便利。 ホテルマンの対応(ビルバオへのバス往復チケット、サンセバスチャンからビルバオ空港へのバスチケットの手配等)は素晴らしく丁寧。 部屋は、広く、天井は高く、綺麗で満足。 フロントで教えてくれた、ホテル近くのnarru restaurant は素晴らしく美味しかった。

屋上のプールからの眺望が最高。ティッシュが無い。清掃が17時ギリギリに行われるため、バル巡りの間のホテルでの小休憩がしにくい。清掃が雑だった。

お部屋も広く、落ち着いた内装で良かったです。旧市街からは徒歩20分程度です。到着時、入口が少し分かりづらいですが、チェックイン後は通りに出やすい裏出口を案内してくれます。

Location where only 10 minutes from old town is very convenient, staffs were friendly and kind. Room facilities are very clean and sea view from our room was amazing. Provably, there are more luxury hotels at sea side area but if consider price, this hotel can be the best choice I believe.

新しくできたホテルのようで、カーナビに住所を登録しても見つからず、着くまで少し戸惑いました。 建物は新しく部屋も充分な広さがあり､清潔でアメニティも充実していてよかったですが、ベッドのスプリングが跳ねすぎ隣に寝ている人が寝返りを打つ度かなり響きます。それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。 ペット同伴での宿泊でしたが、ペット用のベッドに水入れ餌入れの用意もしてくれてあってとてもよかったです。 朝食は到着時に予約すると1人20€のところ16€で食べれて内容も充実していました。 立地においてもほぼ中心街に位置していて観光にも便利でした。 四つ星のホテルですが、五つ星に限りなく近いホテルだと思います。 またサンセバスチャンを訪れる事があったら是非リピートします。 どうもありがとうございました。

We had a very comfortable stay. The property and room is very clean. Location of hotel is about a 10 min walk (straight shot) to la Concha beach and another 5-10 min to the old town depending on where in the old town. And 27-30 walk to Gros. Overall, Very conveniently located. Staff is helpful and polite to guests.

This is an amazing hotel 5 mins walk from Ben each and 10 mins from the old town. The rooms are phenomenal and the views spectacular. The food is also high end. Minor gripe, the spa closed for most of the day when we needed it, and the pool area is small and hard to get a seat. They let people leave their towels on sun-beds for ages and should police that better do everyone could get a chance. But that is a minor gripe, we had a great stay, and very good value

It was fine, not anything exciting, a very impersonal and generic feel. Robes were not put in our room, we had to ask, there were no extra towels or pillows and the beds perhaps most noticeably were not changed... and we found ourselves getting into beds with sand from the night before inside. Food was super mediocre. I'd not really recommend. Very forgettable
