部屋は広い上に窓からの眺めが最高！日本人なら欲しいスリッパも備えてある。床が木張なのも嬉しい。近くの大聖堂から時折聞こえる鐘の音も心地よい。ルーフトップバーも、眺めが素晴らしく、夜風に吹かれて心地よいゆったりとした時間を過ごせる。スタッフも親切で対応も素晴らしい。申し分のないホテルでまた訪れたくなります。

中心街まで徒歩10〜15分、食べ歩きの旅における散歩としてもぴったりの距離 Googleマップのナビに従うと少し長い登り坂を歩くことになりますが、エレベーターがあるので、ホテルのウェブサイトをよく見るか、事前に問い合わせしておくことをお勧めします

サン・セバスティアンで、レアル・ソシエダの試合を見るために1泊しました。レアレ・アレーナへの電車でのアクセスもよく、また市街地へもそう遠くはなかったので満足しています。 内装や、設備は充実しており、スタイリッシュな内装でファミリールームを妻と、8歳と10歳の子どもたちと4人で楽しく泊まることができました。また、朝食ブッフェもとてもおいしかったのでオススメです。

屋上のプールからの眺望が最高。ティッシュが無い。清掃が17時ギリギリに行われるため、バル巡りの間のホテルでの小休憩がしにくい。清掃が雑だった。

お部屋も広く、落ち着いた内装で良かったです。旧市街からは徒歩20分程度です。到着時、入口が少し分かりづらいですが、チェックイン後は通りに出やすい裏出口を案内してくれます。

Location where only 10 minutes from old town is very convenient, staffs were friendly and kind. Room facilities are very clean and sea view from our room was amazing. Provably, there are more luxury hotels at sea side area but if consider price, this hotel can be the best choice I believe.

新しくできたホテルのようで、カーナビに住所を登録しても見つからず、着くまで少し戸惑いました。 建物は新しく部屋も充分な広さがあり､清潔でアメニティも充実していてよかったですが、ベッドのスプリングが跳ねすぎ隣に寝ている人が寝返りを打つ度かなり響きます。それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。 ペット同伴での宿泊でしたが、ペット用のベッドに水入れ餌入れの用意もしてくれてあってとてもよかったです。 朝食は到着時に予約すると1人20€のところ16€で食べれて内容も充実していました。 立地においてもほぼ中心街に位置していて観光にも便利でした。 四つ星のホテルですが、五つ星に限りなく近いホテルだと思います。 またサンセバスチャンを訪れる事があったら是非リピートします。 どうもありがとうございました。

Breakfast was surprisingly fresh. Clean gym and bar accessibility made it easy to get comfortable. Interior aesthetic was phenomenal.

Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour. Would recommend.

A beautiful hotel in a brilliant location, especially with the lift taking you down into the town, we loved everything about it.

great stay

I’d like to start by saying how excellent the service was. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made it their personal missions to make sure we had then best time. They were kind, charismatic and charming all in one package. They all had knowledge of the products they sold and the city they were in. Our trip to San Sebastián was made so special thanks to these guys. We stayed in a suite during this time which was such a gorgeous space. A living room with a separate bathroom and a bedroom. An affordable mini bar and water amenities. The bathroom was a gorgeous space too with the dimmed mirror lights to match the dimmed LED lights in the living room and bedroom. Our suite also had excellent air conditioning and was regularly cleaned to immaculate standards. The indoor pool/spa was an excellent space to relax too, one wet and one dry sauna, a small cold pool and a larger warmer relaxing pool and my personal favourite, the scented showers. We had an amazing time at the hotel and would one huddled percent return.
