スタッフの方がとても親切です。 お部屋も清潔でとてもよいです。 バルめぐりにも歩いて廻れる立地ですので、次回また利用したいです。

中心街まで徒歩10〜15分、食べ歩きの旅における散歩としてもぴったりの距離 Googleマップのナビに従うと少し長い登り坂を歩くことになりますが、エレベーターがあるので、ホテルのウェブサイトをよく見るか、事前に問い合わせしておくことをお勧めします

サン・セバスティアンで、レアル・ソシエダの試合を見るために1泊しました。レアレ・アレーナへの電車でのアクセスもよく、また市街地へもそう遠くはなかったので満足しています。 内装や、設備は充実しており、スタイリッシュな内装でファミリールームを妻と、8歳と10歳の子どもたちと4人で楽しく泊まることができました。また、朝食ブッフェもとてもおいしかったのでオススメです。

屋上のプールからの眺望が最高。ティッシュが無い。清掃が17時ギリギリに行われるため、バル巡りの間のホテルでの小休憩がしにくい。清掃が雑だった。

お部屋も広く、落ち着いた内装で良かったです。旧市街からは徒歩20分程度です。到着時、入口が少し分かりづらいですが、チェックイン後は通りに出やすい裏出口を案内してくれます。

Location where only 10 minutes from old town is very convenient, staffs were friendly and kind. Room facilities are very clean and sea view from our room was amazing. Provably, there are more luxury hotels at sea side area but if consider price, this hotel can be the best choice I believe.

新しくできたホテルのようで、カーナビに住所を登録しても見つからず、着くまで少し戸惑いました。 建物は新しく部屋も充分な広さがあり､清潔でアメニティも充実していてよかったですが、ベッドのスプリングが跳ねすぎ隣に寝ている人が寝返りを打つ度かなり響きます。それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。 ペット同伴での宿泊でしたが、ペット用のベッドに水入れ餌入れの用意もしてくれてあってとてもよかったです。 朝食は到着時に予約すると1人20€のところ16€で食べれて内容も充実していました。 立地においてもほぼ中心街に位置していて観光にも便利でした。 四つ星のホテルですが、五つ星に限りなく近いホテルだと思います。 またサンセバスチャンを訪れる事があったら是非リピートします。 どうもありがとうございました。

We relocated here after cancelling another hotel which had zero personality. Staff were warm and helpful. Room for family with 2 kids on bunks - great. Breakfast - great. Location - great. Views from the roof sun loungers by the plunge pool - big smiles all round. Couple of small niggles when measured on the high price of a stay in San Sebastian but a lot to recommend it.

Det var et meget dejligt ophold og dejligt stor værelse og komfort.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are so friendly, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We were also lucky enough to get a corner room with a view of the bay. We did not use the spa, but the gym is well equipped and the rooftop bar and pool area is stunning. I have to mention the parking garage which is spacious, felt safe and clean. They are also dog friendly, which is important to us travelling with a pet. The room already had dog bowls and a bed ready for him. They also had a list of dog friendly tapas bars and restaurants for us, which was such a nice touch. We will absolutely use this hotel on our return to San Sebastian.

Special mention to John the concierge who helped us with many things Breakfast was good but on Saturday the staff were unable to cope with the amount of guests arriving at the same time meaning we had to wait for many dishes to be refilled. No staff member was monitoring the availability of food on offer Room was as described although the Seaview was limited. With the benefit of hindsight I wouldn’t have paid the extra cost for such a limited vista that was so far away Finding the hotel … read the hotel instructions. Guests CAN turn into the No Entry street if they are staying at the hotel Short cut to street level very beneficial Loved the roof top bar and swimming pool
