スタッフの対応が非常に良い。

旧市街からは少し遠いが、素敵な施設でした

部屋は広い上に窓からの眺めが最高！日本人なら欲しいスリッパも備えてある。床が木張なのも嬉しい。近くの大聖堂から時折聞こえる鐘の音も心地よい。ルーフトップバーも、眺めが素晴らしく、夜風に吹かれて心地よいゆったりとした時間を過ごせる。スタッフも親切で対応も素晴らしい。申し分のないホテルでまた訪れたくなります。

スタッフの方がとても親切です。 お部屋も清潔でとてもよいです。 バルめぐりにも歩いて廻れる立地ですので、次回また利用したいです。

中心街まで徒歩10〜15分、食べ歩きの旅における散歩としてもぴったりの距離 Googleマップのナビに従うと少し長い登り坂を歩くことになりますが、エレベーターがあるので、ホテルのウェブサイトをよく見るか、事前に問い合わせしておくことをお勧めします

サン・セバスティアンで、レアル・ソシエダの試合を見るために1泊しました。レアレ・アレーナへの電車でのアクセスもよく、また市街地へもそう遠くはなかったので満足しています。 内装や、設備は充実しており、スタイリッシュな内装でファミリールームを妻と、8歳と10歳の子どもたちと4人で楽しく泊まることができました。また、朝食ブッフェもとてもおいしかったのでオススメです。

屋上のプールからの眺望が最高。ティッシュが無い。清掃が17時ギリギリに行われるため、バル巡りの間のホテルでの小休憩がしにくい。清掃が雑だった。

お部屋も広く、落ち着いた内装で良かったです。旧市街からは徒歩20分程度です。到着時、入口が少し分かりづらいですが、チェックイン後は通りに出やすい裏出口を案内してくれます。

Location where only 10 minutes from old town is very convenient, staffs were friendly and kind. Room facilities are very clean and sea view from our room was amazing. Provably, there are more luxury hotels at sea side area but if consider price, this hotel can be the best choice I believe.

新しくできたホテルのようで、カーナビに住所を登録しても見つからず、着くまで少し戸惑いました。 建物は新しく部屋も充分な広さがあり､清潔でアメニティも充実していてよかったですが、ベッドのスプリングが跳ねすぎ隣に寝ている人が寝返りを打つ度かなり響きます。それ以外はとても快適に過ごせました。 ペット同伴での宿泊でしたが、ペット用のベッドに水入れ餌入れの用意もしてくれてあってとてもよかったです。 朝食は到着時に予約すると1人20€のところ16€で食べれて内容も充実していました。 立地においてもほぼ中心街に位置していて観光にも便利でした。 四つ星のホテルですが、五つ星に限りなく近いホテルだと思います。 またサンセバスチャンを訪れる事があったら是非リピートします。 どうもありがとうございました。

Great hotel only a short walk from the beach and old town. This is a very well run hotel with excellent staff. Will definitely use on next visit to San Sebastián. Don’t miss the breakfast, one of the best.

So pleased with this hotel set right in the middle of the old and new town. This hotel was spotlessly clean and staff so attentive. The bed was comfortable and room cleaned daily. The only fault I could find in the room was the hairdryer and next time I’d bring my own! There’s a lift to a back door taking you into the centre. The rooftop terrace with pool had stunning views but was closed during our stay due to the weather. We used the spar which was basic but enjoyable for an hour. We only booked breakfast for our last day and were glad we hadn’t for the duration. There’s a lovely cafe/patisserie 400yds out of the back door of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Clean and beautiful hotel - room has great view of the city and hills, easy access to the city center through private elevator access. Lively city scene with neighborhood bars, cafes, shopping. Old town is within 15min walk with many options of tapas bars.

Quarto espaçoso e muito bem equipado. Localização perfeita com estacionamento. Funcionários muito prestativos, café da manhã diverso, instalações bonitas e bem conservadas. Quarto não tinha vista, mas a vista da piscina é incrível. Recomendo com certeza!

Petit séjour pour le week-end du 1er mai 2026. Hôtel bien situé et entretenue. L'accès au spa est au parking reste payant, pensez à réserver au restaurant de l'hôtel si vous souhaitez y manger.
