The thing is that wifi was not working and the AC wasn't getting cold and one of the AC wasn't working I told the owner and he kept telling me give it some time and it will get cold and after 4 hours the WIFI still didn't work and AC didn't get as cold I told him I need to cancel my reservation he said that can refund one of the rooms only and charge me for one

The manager, Sharif, is quite a character who takes good care of his guests. The rooms are modern and clean and comfortable. The building is situated close to the 9 pyramids of Giza and there are plenty of shops nearby. It was a pleasant experience overall and i would stay there again

The room was clean and comfortable, with a hot shower and clean bathroom. All of the outlets in the room were compatible with American power plugs. Sharif offers tea or coffee on arrival. The unobstructed rooftop view of the pyramids was the best part of the stay. Sharif offers different tour packages for purchase- we opted for the guided camel ride around the pyramids and to the panoramic view point. He runs 2 or 3 other businesses in town and is a salesperson for sure, but he was cordial and straight forward, and never pushy. The property felt decently safe. Would recommend to others for sure.

Ottima accoglienza da parte di Sherif il proprietario, avevamo sbagliato indirizzo e ha mandato a prenderci. Camera pulita e profumata. Posizione eccezionale in prima fila fronte piramidi. Raccomandato.

Muy bella mansión de Sherif y él un bello ser humano, la habitación, la cocina, el mirador, todos los servicios excelente, toda la estancia nos cuidaron su hermano y él, nos atendieron y nos sugirió actividades de todo lo mejor de Giza y Cairo. Este viaje es una experiencia que nos ayudaron a disfrutarlo mejor. Siempre agradecidos con ustedes, y ya saben que en México están invitados a nuestra - vuestra casa
