Very relaxing atmosphere with discrete soft music all around, beautiful surroundings and breathtaking view of the mountains.

Hotelul nu este potrivit pentru oameni în vârstă, toate scarile hotelului inclusiv la bazinul si jacuzzi nu au balustrade ca sa dea siguranță, o persoana in vârstă de 85 ani din aceasta cauză a căzut la intrarea restaurantului Noire, unul din chelnari a ajutat-o să se ridice.

Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded. When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-) I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward. The food was nicely presented as tasted ok. The spa area was really great. It was clean and nice! Also with mentioning that they gave us a bucket with champagne, that’s awesome (but we don’t drink alcohol)
