L`emplacement, la propreté, l`accueil à la réception, la vue magnifique sur le centre-ville de Montréal.

I have stayed here several times over the last few years. I like the location and the apartments. Parking is easy and it’s well served by buses and metro. Area is fantastic.

We’ve stayed he before, and purposely rebooked our trip at this location. We enjoyed our 2nd stay! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful!

A condo turned into a sort of hotel in a depressing area full of condos. Nothing in the area and mediocre service and staff. They aren't really hotel staff with the normal competencies in the hospitality business. I would not go back to that place again. They offer no services or breakfast and the price is very high considering what a hotel would offer for the same price. Coming back from Hamburg, Germany as a comparison, where normally Europe is more expensive, the German hotel offered services and an amazing breakfast, even baking fresh gluten free croissants for me, all included for a lower price. I would not bother with Montreal, overall.

Wi-Fi is really slow definitely not matching the 500+ Mbps speed they claimed on the listing. Almost not usable for video conference. They only enable 2.4GHz band from the router so their wifi can only do ~20Mbps in reality. If you need the wifi for your work, you might need your own mobile network. Our room (Signature Plus Apartment) was facing a heavy traffic street and was very noisy because the whole walls are windows. There were random car noise in the midnight and early morning disturbing our sleep. The trash car also came at 7AM on Wednesday, which was super loud and waking people up. I have to buy extra earplugs to block the noise. There is no AC in the bedroom so we have to keep our door open to let the AC in. The curtains don't block the sunlight so be prepared to get woke up by the super early sunrise at 5AM (yes, the room facing east). The dish washer has broken detergent pod dispenser so the dishes cannot be wash clean. Other than these factors and the price, it was a good stay.

Property was clean except for some spiderwebs by the window and a couple of the fixtures in the bathroom need to be fixed like the toilet paper holder and towel holder. It was in a nice neighborhood and near food places. Overall, our stay was great.

Listing was as described, check in and out was quick and easy. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Room was a bit different than expected, not as luxurious for the price, but our stay was good overall.

Hotel was clean, pretty, fantastic windows of city, helpful staff, 20 min walk to old port and ferry. Close to nice places to eat and a convenient store. Kitchen was super convenient and beds/ sheets were comfortable. Espresso maker good and well appointed apartment with everything one needs. I’d stay here again for sure. Only downside was the cost during F1 weekend was exorbitant but that’s more reflected of race weekend. I wish the bar downstairs was open. That would have been nice

Great location, safe and clean!

A spacious one bedroom suite. It was well equipped especially the kitchen. Comes with a separate washer and dryer in the room. About a 20 minute walk walk to o the old town. Overall, a pleasant stay. Could be cleaner, the TV was dusty and no room cleaning for 2 days., had to ask her in to change towels etc

The price because of the Grand Prix especially the add on last night. I was not going to race but to buy a house
