シャワーのお湯が出ない。翌日また言ったら、やっと部屋を替えてくれた。バスタオル１枚くれるだけ。リンスもない。キッチンの水を使うと下からいっぱい漏れてくる。 小さいゴキも一匹見た。トイレットペーパーが少なくてもそのまま。 いろいろ大変なホテルだったけど、メトロの駅からすごく近いのだけが取り柄。

ダブルブッキングで他のホテルへ行った。付近を散策する予定が、タクシーで戻る羽目に。チェックインにも時間がかかり、無駄な時間をすごした。このホテル使う人は気をつけて下さい！このホテル、ダブルブッキングよくあるそうです。

シャワーは弱い上冷たい！コンセントに電気が来ていない箇所がある！ 冷蔵庫と電子レンジのコンセントが共有！ タクシーを頼んだのに忘れられた！ などなど不満は挙げれば枚挙に暇がありませんが基本的にスタッフは親切で立地も駅やタクシー乗り場に近く最低限文化的な生活を送れる場所だと思います。

露店や行商が多い町の近くのホテルです。 多くの売り子が昼夜商売に励み、ものすごく活気にあふれています。 香辛料やお香など、香り豊かなものの取引がさかんなためか、ホテル周囲を含む町のいたるところで、独特な香りが立ち込めています。 映画に出てきそうなシーンが現実の世界で味わえるのではないでしょうか？

The room has no window, behind the permanently drawn curtain shown in the booking site is a rubbish dump. The room is also very poorly lit. At night we saw many cocroaches around. The whole room was filled with cigarette smell. The shower roof drips, possibly from toilet sink or bath room upstairs. The beds are old and very uncomfortable, and the linen were worn out and smell too. I have stayed in not very pleasant places, but this is by far the worst of all. The lack of sanity is shocking. We made our complaint to the front desk and were totally ignored. Honestly, the room should never be allowed to be hosted in your website, it is a disgrace that the hotel can continue to promote this room shamelessly in Expedia.

Staff amazing cannot do enough for you. Polite and helpful. However to be honest the proper and the rooms are in a desperate need of an uplift in all aspects. Sorry but thats an honest review.

Room was dirty, water pressure low, only one roll of toilet paper in the room for 3 person, room infest with coach roaches

The room is not clean need new carpet insect all over specially at night crowing on you

Hafez is an apartment hotel with kitchen that you can use to cook/prepare your own food/diet. It's new Al Ras metro station and 5/6 minutes walk to Gold Souk.

Convenient location to Al Ras metro station, Gold Souk, etc Staff are very friendly and professional for a 2/3 star hotel. I shared a free Iftah on Saturday with the Hotel Staff family.

Never again this place is not a family place. It’s filled with cockroaches, bedbugs and who know what. Bathroom were not cleaned and did not provide anything not even water or soap. Will not recommend to anyone

Hotel fica num local bem escuro a noite. O predio é antigo e o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. Banheiro bem antigo e chuveiro frio. Não vale o valor pago, nem metade!

Excellent location for a stroll near the corniche with a ferry ride or a subway/metro ride. There aren't many grocery stores though near by, unfortunately. Hotel is clean, and staff is friendly. Will stay again.

Great staff, friendly hotel and definitely worth the money. Frequent traveller On a holiday with family. Do not believe the false reviews it’s a fantastic, great value apartment. Worth every penny.
