Wunderbares Hotel in schöner Umgebung in einzigartiger Winterlandschaft mit perfektem Service

Perfekt für eine Auszeit; alles sehr ruhig (keine Kinder => adults only), viele Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (im Hotel oder ausserhalb), sehr aufmerksames & freundliches Personal, gute & abwechslungsreiche Küche

Spa-Bereich war größer als erwartet. Rotlicht-Sauna, finnische Sauna, Bio-Sauna, Dampfsauna, Ruheraum mit Wasserbetten sowie Innen -und Außenpool.

Tolle Lage direkt am See. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Toller Spa/Wellness Bereich. Sehr gutes Essen. Und last but not least kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

AS USUAL JUST A BEAUTIFUL ADULTS ONLY HOTEL WHICH IS DIRECTLY ON THE LAKE. THE DECORATION AND STYLE OF THE HOTEL IS SO WONDERFUL. THE SERVICE IS PERFECT IN ALL RESPECTS. THE ROOMS ARE LARGE AND PERFECT.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal war mega freundlich

Kurzentschlossen haben wir etwas Entspannung gesucht …und gefunden. Der Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer groß mit Balkon und Blick auf den See. Das 5-Gänge-Abendessen hervorragend, ebenso das Frühstück. Top!

Alles war wunderbar; sehr freundliches Personal, allerdings hat der Pool (auch im Winter) nur 31 Grad, was definitiv zu kühl ist. Dafür sind die Gemeinschaftsräume/Restaurants viel zu warm. Der kalte Pool ist leider Grund genug, nicht wieder zu buchen. Ansonsten ist das Team sehr nett.

Wir waren zum 3 x hier und wie immer, war es sensationell. Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise… Zimmer sauber, geräumig und ruhig, das Essen ein Traum. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

A wonderful hidden gem on the side of a lake, overlooked by beautiful mountains. Lovely staff, delicious food. Just an easy place to stay and relax. I was told we were the 6th British couple to stay in the last 5 years. I'm not completely convinced by that but who cares, it was a joy.

We had booked this hotel to enjoy two days of peace and quietness in the alps. We know that the room we had booked was without lake view, but the room we got was very noisy as it was less than 2 meters from the main road. When contracting the front desk we were offered another room with an extra charge of +300 €. (one of the issues seem to be that we had booked via Hotels.com). The result was that we did not get much sleep. The rest of the hotel was nice and pleasant with a good location next to the lake.

Am See gelegen mit eigenem Steg. Viele nette Kleinigkeiten und Details, die nicht selbstverständlich sind. Lecker Essen. Wanderungen von blau bis schwarz in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Für jeden was dabei.

Our first visit to Austria and we fell in love with it. The stunning scenery in any weather was breathtaking at every angle. The facilities were faultless and staff were very welcoming and friendly without exception. The food was more like 5 star especially the dessert by Chloe who clearly was well trained in Paris which were heavenly.Kristina welcomed us with a personal and genuine explanation of the hotel and room. The views, spa and events were also faultless. It's the best hotel we have stayed in and definitely nudging 5 star in our opinion. Well done. Keep up the good work. We don't often revisit as the world is a big place but highly recommend anyone who wants some peace and quiet, good food and enjoys nature, stunning scenery and relaxation. The only thing to remember is your Google translate for the menus and signage which is in German including the spa where the tradition is to use towels only

Sehr netter Empfang, nettes Personal. Der Chef ist präsent und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen. Verpfegung war sehr gut vom Frühstück bis Abendessen. Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See. Veien Dank und gerne wieder.

We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. Very pet friendly hotel! The views were spectacular as we were able to enjoy a beautiful winter snowscape and as the weather warmed, we saw peeks of green and the beautiful color of the lake. We especially enjoyed daily swims in the indoor/outdoor heated pool. Wednesday was our favorite evening in the restaurant as it was Austrian themed with traditional music and fare. Food was good for half board: 8/10 Hotel was a little too warm for us Americans but we understand that’s how Europeans like it. Luckily, we could open windows for some fresh air in the room. We feel refreshed and ready to return to work! Thanks for a lovely vacation! Special hello to Matteo, Peter & Restaurant Supervisor (name escapes me)…you guys added much to our week with your smiles, laughter and kindness!
