Have stayed at this hotel 3 times. Room was dated. Bed was made bud not tidy. Bathroom was dusty. All mirrors and tv were dusty. Not what I expected from a vintage hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the downtown and all the theaters. The staff are great as well. We found the room a bit small and would definitely book the King bed next time. Also, due to the hot weather outside the room felt a bit humid/moldy. It was better in the morning when the outside temperature was a bit cooler.

Great hotel and great stay in Stratford

This hotel was a pleasure in every aspect. We plan to return to Stratford and will be staying here again!

Great staff, good food, handy location. Bathroom dated and small.

The only issue we had was the bed, unfortunately that is the most important part of the stay. I realize the hotel is old and does have sloped floors, but the bed should be leveled out. I felt myself fighting gravity all night so I don't roll over my girlfriend. Also, new mattresses. The rate charged at a small town hotel certainly justifies a better bed. I have slept on more comfortable floors.

The hotel itself was quite nice. It was a bit far from the theatre but the complimentary shuttle to get there was great. It was very busy after the play so we ended up calling an Uber. The downside of the hotel was that the restaurant/closed at 8pm. Considering the play let out after 10:30 we would have liked to have a late night snack and a nightcap.

Maintenance and special care of this lovely old building

Small room, comfortable bed and pillows. There was a fridge in room. Had wine glasses and regular glasses in room, which was very nice. Also two bottles of water. Had dinner at restaurant in hotel. Very good food. Lovely staff in dining room. Block away Avon theatre

The Parlour Inn is our favorite place to stay in Stratford. It's so close to the Avon and many excellent restaurants. The service is wonderful and the restaurant convenient and delicious.

The restaurant was cool.

Friendly and efficient staff. A nice place in a nice area and if town.

Wonderful hotel with great location and historic architecture I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Stratford

Fantastic property with a lot of character, close to shopping, sites and theatres. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were lovely and accommodating. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. Our stay in Stratford was perfect.

Loved this inn :) Connected to an excellent restaurant with many delicious options. Chicken avocado spring rolls are particularly amazing. Parking lot is directly attached and has electric charging. Even after checkout, we remained parked there all day to take in shopping and a play. Room was warm upon arrival (despite AC being on) and it took us a few hours to figure out that ample heat was coming from the pilot light on the gas fireplace, but temp was fine after we shut it off. Bed was super comfy, as were the ample pillows. Only downside to unit was complete lack of counter space in the bathroom and a very tight water closet. Loved having the personal concierge text us upon arrival and answer questions throughout stay — very convenient and a nice touch :)

Property is lovely older building very centrally located in Stratford. It’s a bit dated but rooms are attractive and quite spacious. It has its own bar and restaurant which was very good and staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.
