I had reserved two rooms, but in fact there was only one room. However, I am glad they secured two rooms. The staff are friendly, the hotel comfortable!

SH Suite Palace is apart from the main hotel which is a bit inconvenient. Our tv never worked and they couldn’t get it fix. Rooms are small.

Konum mükemmel fakat odanın tuvaletinden korkunç bir koku geliyordu. Odada dolap çok küçüktü yok denecek kadar azdı. Ve otel ne yazıkki öğlen 4 te odayı bize verdi yakında akşam verecekler odayı abarttılar iyice.

Room smelled of sewage, staff denied it was a known issue (however other reviews of the same room - Room 100 - outline the same problem). As a result we had a terrible night's sleep and were both vomiting from the smell.

Room and was basic but great and clean. Great location. Staff seemed stressed and receptionist said I couldn't have another blanket when I asked for one. Horrible attitude.

We have an issue with the rooms assigned but staff was able to accommodate us in new rooms.

Kaffeautomaterna svåra att få fungerande, därav kö till kaffet. De dukade av för snabbt, frukost som inte var påbörjad försvann från bordet. Men frukosten i sin helhet smakade gott!!!

I will try to stay as objective as possible, because it has one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. We booked three rooms. Service: One of the rooms smelled strongly of wastewater. We complained, and the only option offered was a smaller downgrade room. Unfortunately, that room also smelled (though not as severely). Since management was absent and the hotel was fully booked, the receptionist could only provide that solution. She mentioned that Valencia has pipe issues. As a compensation, they offered free breakfast (which I did not use or care for) along with the downgrade. The receptionist and maintenance staff were polite and tried to help, but they were not equipped or supported by management. Service rating: 1/5 (one point only for their kindness). Problem resolution rating: 0/5. Facilities: The building was separate from the main reception, requiring check-in elsewhere. Lobby lights switched off automatically if you sat still. Rooms looked decent at first glance, but the wastewater odor ruined the experience. The other two rooms (out of three) were fine. Location: Excellent location. No complaints here. Cleanliness: The rooms were clean overall, aside from the odor and some dust in the vents. Noise Levels: Very noisy. In the downgrade room, I could clearly hear the street noise. This could be improved. Air Conditioning: It's okay. Could be better. Lower temp is 68 degrees farenheit. Overall: There are better options in the location. Do not book here.

Unterkunft war gebau wie beschrieben. Wir waren sehr begeistert und zufrieden. Zimmer war sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.
