ホテルスタッフがとても親切でした。コンセントがベッドの横にふたつあればなお良かったです。ナポリ中央駅からもすごく近くて便利でした。

場所は便利。エアコンが壊れていた。水圧が弱い。

Stanza sporca e trascurata. Coperte vecchie e sporche. Bagno sporco con areazione e phon non funzionanti. Finestra bloccata che non si apriva. Porta trovata aperta ( non chiusa a chiave) al proprio rientro. Si sentono tutti i rumori del bagno della stanza accanto. Cattivo odore. Personale non professionale. Ascensore vecchio e poco sicuro. Rampe di scale scure e sporche.

La stanza era abbastanza sporca biancheria e coperte sporche bagno sporco, stanza orrenda condizionatore rumoroso finestre rotto ambiente non tanto gradevole non ci ritornerei mai e non lo consiglio a nessuno ascensore vecchio e sporcizia accumulata sulla ringhiera e inquietanti personale non adeguato alla struttura . Colazione non ho voluto avere il piacere di farla

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vor allem der ältere Herr. Das Hotel war eine Notlösung, weil in der Nähe nichts anderes verfügbar war. Ich hatte die Nächte zuvor in einem anderen Hotel übernachtet (ebenfalls 3 Sterne) in der Nähe übernachtet. Dachte da gibt es keine großen Unterschiede. Habe ich mich leider getäuscht. Zum Rest fehlt mir eigentlich die Sprache. Sehr heruntergekommen, es war nicht wirklich sauber. Armatur im Badezimmer teilweise schon lose, schmutzig und sehr abgenutzt. Ein Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, selbst wenn hätte ich vermutlich nichts heruntergekommen, weil in der Nacht Geräusche in der Wand zu hören waren. Könnten Ratten oder Mäuse gewesen sein. Ich würde hier leider nie wieder buchen. Wirklich nur 1 Stern wegen dem freundlichen Personal. Lage: ist in einer Seitenstraße am Hauptbahnhof, würde eher Hotel direkt an der Strasse zum Hauptbahnhof buchen. Gibt um Welten bessere Hostels.

L'hôtel est accessible à pied de la gare centrale ce qui est pratique. On déplore une odeur de tabac dans l'hôtel qui n'est pas récent mais dont l'état général est correct, la chambre était propre. On a apprécié les conseils de la Réception pour notre visite de Naples et leur réactivité lors de nos sollicitations !

Camera ampia e spaziosa, colazione non richiesta, posizione ottima a due passi da Stazione Centrale e corso Umberto I, rapporto qualità-prezzo buono

This is a decent hotel for the traveller who wants to experience the real Naples. Convenient location close to main train station and circumvesuviana regional train station to Pompeii and Sorrento. Plenty of dining options nearby. Staff ranges from OK to great. Unfortunately they do not have a safe in the rooms which I found very inconvenient.

Excellent location, nearby restaurants and central station. All staff are very friendly especially those gentlemen from front desk and the old lady from housekeeping.

A cama não era muito confortável, o chuveiro era ruim, parecia que os buracos estavam entupidos. O restante o espaço do quarto era legal, amplo, ar condicionado bom e tv também

Very noisy, old, stuffy. The hairdryer didn’t work, no fridge, no shower door, terrible smell of garbage from the street, linen smelt of bleach,

Jag behövde någonstans att övernatta nära stationen i Neapel, hittade detta ställe för mindre än 500sek och slog till tar typ tre minuter att gå till stationen. Många restauranger i närheten gjorde att ljudvolymen var hög långt in på natten dessutom var trycket i duschen bland det sämsta jag varit med om annars inget att anmärka och som rubriken antyder väl värt pengen för syftet.

Close to metro, feel safe in the area

Razoável. Faltam condições de conforto, principalmente relacionadas ao banheiro. No quarto onde ficamos não havia suporte de box para utensílios de banho, faltava a porta lateral do mesmo e no banheiro, suporte para toalhas. Não havia frigobar e nem café da manhã, como anunciado pelo hotéis.com.

Good hotel to spend the night, good location near train station, subway, restaurants. Basic and clean hotel but on a dirty street. Not very safe at night especially for people traveling alone.
