Estabamos aquí 2 semanas y nos fue super bien! Personas eran muy amables y atentos, el departamento estaba muy limpio y mantenía muy bien. La zona es muy tranquilo y disfrutamos mucho por estar ahí. Seguramente regresaremos de nuevo.

Todo en general excelente solo como sugerencia tener servicio de restaurante o desayunos completos

Está terriblemente descuidado, sucio y se escucha todo el ruido, además que de que no facturan.

Excelente lugar, muy buena atención

The location is in a quiet neighborhood/colonia with plenty of food and entertainment options near by. The team there is highly responsive and all requests i had were quickly responded to. The breakfast buffet was nice and had everything one would want for a very reasonable fee. I've atayed there twice and will stay there again.

Todo en orden

Place is ok but there are much better for the price. ULIV, for example, is same idea (apart-hotel) but offers free coffee, filtered water at the sink, an actual gym (the one at NIU is super small and hot) and free laundry (here you have to pay 100 pesos and add your cc info to some app for the single machine. Also, no A/C in rooms, which can get hot. Nice staff at front desk but no responses to my emails from the actual management. E all),

El personal fue atento, la habitación limpia y ordenada, pero los inquilinos de al lado eran demasiado ruidosos, estaban golpeando las paredes con una pelota en la madrugada (no eran niños, eran jóvenes), azotaban la puerta al salir y entrar a su habitación, se carcajeaban a todo pulmón (todo esto de madrugada), lamentablemente nunca se les llamó la atención. Aunque estuve solo dos días en el segundo no había agua caliente y me tuve que bañar con el agua muy fría

Todo excelente, habitación muy amplia. Rente el departamento ejecutivo, limpio, las camaristas increíbles y buen trato. Te dan botella de agua y la zona super segura

La limpieza

Buena ubicación, y supongo que al inicio eran bonitas las instalaciones, ahora todo se ve gastado y con falta de mantenimiento, los colchones son viejos e incómodos y les hace falta poner atención a la limpieza.

Cuidado si viajas sola, a mi se me metió el guardia a las 4 am a la habitación para pedirme mi identificación, gracias a Dios no pasó a más por mi actuar rápido y no dejarlo pasar más allá de la puerta. Estuve pegada a la puerta desde las 4 am hasta las 7 am para que no entrara nuevamente muerta en miedo llorando. Gracias a Dios no pasó a más y el gerente del lugar pago mi hospedaje en otro hotel pero estaba a 40 minutos de donde yo estaba haciendo mi pasantía así que gasté mucho más de lo pensado el resto a de los días para llegar a mi lugar de trabajo.

Las instalaciones son cómodas y bonitas. Me hubiera encantado que se hiciera limpieza diario, sin embargo, no fue problema ya que el lugar siempre tenían todo práctico y listo para cualquier uso. Sin duda alguna regresaría!

It was a great stay, but there were a few issues. The property does not have queen-sized beds despite the posting stating that they do. The room smelled very musty like an old wet towel, but it had a fan and we opened the windows. And the pillows were very tall, which made sleep a bit difficult for us. Otherwise the staff was exceptionally nice, the area is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and they’re basically like apartments rather than hotel rooms. Would stay again.

La propiedad está bien como Inmueble pero muy mal que en algunas plataformas se anuncie como hotel. Ya que la limpieza no la hacen todos los días y las habitaciones están medio empolvadas del piso pues no se barren. Nosotros nos hospedamos 3 dias y ni siquiera nos vaciaron los botes de basura del baño ni de la habitacion
