There was 1 toilet roll we stayed 2 days 4 people I called them 2 times they said someone will come nobody come to arrange that otherwise good experience

Pleasantly surprised by the size, layout & how well equipped the apartment was. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher & fridge freezer, microwave & toaster, balcony, tv, dining area, even had a glimpse of the sea. Towels, tea towel, dishcloth & couple dishwasher tablets provided, as well as enough t bags, coffee, sugar & milk sachets to have that all important first drink after the journey. Parking near the accommodation & plenty of good places to eat & drink. Stunning beach & coastal path within few minutes walk. Good instructions to get to the accommodation. The only thing that would've made it even easier to find atual apartment would have been a map of flat numbers & where lift is located. Understood number related to block & level but on approach in car we didn't know where to park as it's big block & unsure where the flat number given was, ie either end, centre, round the back etc but we found a map on block wall & moved car, so no big issue. There are small Tesco express & Morrisons convenience stores (not big supermarket) within easy walk too which was perfect to stock up on essentials. Overall a great stay & would definitely go back for longer next time, as only did a long weekend. Would be a great base to explore further afield too. Very impressed. Exceeded expectations.

Very easy to access this new apartment with all instructions very clear by email. Clean, comfortable and practical for our 2 day stay. Partial sea view ( one window ) was a bonus. Easy to park and access beach too

Apartment was clean & comfortable & in a fantastic location. Don’t be put off by the derelict building next door, once you’ve read the story behind it you’ll understand & sympathise with the owners.

Based on the price we would return again. Great locality, very close to the beach and all the amenities that you would need.

Overall a good stay. Location was perfect, and to have parking was a real plus. The check in process is easy enough-if you get given the correct code to access your room key. However, this was rectified quickly. Cleanliness was okay, floors had not been done very well-lots of crumbs and debris in kitchen, balcony had not been brushed or cleaned in awhile as evident by the amount of bird droppings on the furniture. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. If you plan on spending most of your time out and about then this is a great place to stay.

Location was perfect and room had a sea view Accommodation was spotless and modern Parking on site. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely be returning

Parking was easy and very secure. Unfortunately we didnt have an ocean view however we were very happy with the apartment, was very clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. Enjoyed our stay and would fo back

Clean apartment, good location & value for money

Although situated next to unbuilt apartments, this was a clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Good value for money and easy to access with good parking.

Check in instructions were great and What 3 Words took me right to the door. Apartment was warm, spacious and clean, with a great shower and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s super handy for the beach. There are some unfinished apartments nextdoor which are unsightly. However, they cause no issue and they are soon to be finished which will make the whole complex a lovely area. It’s peaceful and you can hear the sea with a window open. And apparently the hail - great British weather! I was visiting a relative at a nearby care home and it was perfect for what I needed. Would highly recommend

The apartment itself was great but the sofa in the front room was stained and not very comfortable. We booked in for 3 nights and we were issued with one toilet roll that was more happy shopper than premium. The walkway from our apartment to the stairs was barely lit in the evening which wasn’t great. We were looking for a slightly later check out so we tried calling multiple times and emailed first services but got no answer and have yet to get a reply. Also the TV had all the expected apps installed but none of them connected to the internet and you are told to not change any settings. As I said all the issues were small and didn’t really bother us but should be looked at. Would definitely go again.
