The location of Mercure Ambassador Hotel, Hongdae is worth noting. Situated in the heart of Hongdae, I appreciated the convenience of being close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The accessibility to subway station made it effortless to explore other parts of Seoul. The hotel staff attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and meticulously clean. The amenities provided, including the comfortable bed, modern bathroom facilities, and complimentary toiletries.

I love this hotel the most, reception, service mind, early check in, room upgrade, cleanliness, location! All the things are the best and definitely I will go back again!

Fantastic! Lokasi sangat strategis naik arex dari airport, kamar nyaman dan bersih, suasana hotelnya bagus dan pelayanan staff nya luar biasa, di bantu pesan taxi ke bus terminal.

We stayed 5 nights at Mercure Ambassador Hongdae in Feb 2023 and found it super comfortable. Customer service was exceptional, room facilities were great including amazing water pressure. More importantly, it 's super central location right in the middle of Hongdae Street which made shopping easy with frequent stops back to the room (and for toilet breaks). Extra points for allowing us to store suitcases while we went to Busan for 3 nights. Will definitely be back for our next Seoul trip!

Short walk from Hongik Station exit 9. Room is pretty spacious. Staff is friendly. However makeup room service could improve a little bit better as they tend to forget top up the shampoo and soap even if it runs out and rubbish was not cleared totally at times. Overall, we love the room and location! Would consider this again if we go back to Korea!

ที่พักอยู้ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ เปิดกูเกิ้ลแมพเดินตามได้เลย ออกทางออก 9 แล้วเลี้ยวซ้าย 2 รอบ ถึงโรงแรมเลย ห้องพักกลางๆไม่กว้างไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่อยู่สบาย

The location is perfect and near hongdae MRT!

Very close from Hongik University exit 9, the room is quite spacious, check in and out was a breeze. Location is really a benefit here.

Second time here. Everything else was good as usual except the housekeeper forgot to fill all the amenities for the second night.

The hotel staffs are really nice and helpful. I've a very great experience staying in this hotel though have to walk detour a bit but other than that are really well.

ห้องโอเคเลย ไม่เล็ก ไม่ใหญ่ไป เตียงดี นอนสบาย แต่แอร์ปรับไม่ได้เลย พยายามกดแล้ว ปรับแล้วทุกอย่าง ก็ไม่ได้ แต่ถือว่าไม่ได้ร้อนอะไร แอร์ดูเหมือนหยุดนิ่งอยู่บ่อยๆ ด้วย โลเคชั่นดี เดินทางสะดวก พนักงานดี ฝากกระเป๋าได้ สุดยอดไปเลย
