エレベーターが壊れていた。荷物が多いから一階の部屋をリクエストしたが、３階にされた。

Receptionist did his job very well. Unfortunately, there was an incident involving. The police, so the receptionist had to tend to them. He did eventually check us in, but it took around 30 minutes and we were first ones in line.

I gave a rating of 3 this time. This particular room needs some improvements. The bathroom is pretty warn out. The staff however is exceptional and courteous. Will go back but not to this room.

Clean rooms, staff was good, amenities were simple and had the basic necessities. The EV charging station was a bonus to be able to charge my EV overnight.

Very unprofessional and offensive behavior from the front office, tried six hours to fix the problem with front office and they refused to even switch the room for us, it’s the end of the day now and my business trip is ruined I do not recommend anyone to rely on such a hotel specially when you want the whole night just for the internet and meetings (p.s they have a huge sign saying free internet and still they are lying)

Room was not cleaned 100%. Table had spilt pop and food crumbs on it. I saw all the reviews claiming that this hotel was a 10 in cleanliness and I don’t know how that was possible. The hallway rugs needed a vacuuming as well.

Staff great Room was a good balenfor the price

The kitchen area, especially above the fridge had not been cleaned and dirt had accumulated over time. There were cockroaches in the room. No plates, dishes, cutlery, cups, pans were provided making it impossible to use the kitchen area. The motel was extremely dated and looked warn.

The staff was amazing, The building is old, and can use some maintenance I will definitely stay here again

Got a good nights sleep

Upon on entering the room i has flabbergasted! The room was an utter mess! Towels on the bathroom sink, garbage in the bins, bed wasn't made, the table had garbage and some liquid stained and the kitchenette was a mess! A filthy room over all. I wasn't impressed.

Clean, quiet, secure, friendly service

You get what you pay for. It was a place to stay for a short vacation. The place was clean for the most part. Did find a bug crawling on the wall at some point. The bed was basic. Just 2 flat pillows and 3 thin blankets. The walls are completely bare and sound travels through every wall. Could hear all conversations and “activities” in our neighbors room. Vacuuming in the hallways seemed like a near daily routine. Starting as early as 9am and could last for hours. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable, clean, and warm

For the price I was happy with the stay. Staff very good.
