エレベーター・アイスメーカーが故障していました

エレベーターが壊れていた。荷物が多いから一階の部屋をリクエストしたが、３階にされた。

The first room assigned was terrible. Very old and smely. Shower didnt work properly. Then moved to other room in better condition. I am still wainting for the 100 CAD refund. It is almost 2 weeks with no solution

I wasn’t aware of the guest that stay at this what I thought was a hotel but more like a motel. I did not feel safe at all once I saw my room which looked nothing like what I saw on the site. And I could smell smoke from other rooms I knew I had to get out. Expedia is now working to have a full refund since I did not stay and I did not feel safe in that environment. I suggest that you do not book a room at this motel. It was sketchy.

People yelling in the halls most of the night will not stay there again and would not recommend for anyone to stay there

I checked out after 1 hour. I waited 10 minutes at check In because no staff available. Flies in the room. Bathroom had stains. There was a clicking noise coming from the bathroom so I left. I’m currently asking for a refund but my money is most likely gone 1 out of 10

Overall experience was ok - nothing exceptional to highlight.

No staff mannerism. Not professional. They will hold your deposit for 10 days, and will say it out loud proudly

You get what you pay for. The bathroom had roaches and we saw a few roaches in the hallway too. No bedbugs, though. So thats a win.

Disgusting room. Dirty, filthy, shabby. Threadbare sheets and towels. Bathroom old, stained. Checked in, looked room and left. Hard to believe they actually think they can rent those rooms.

Mosquitoes in room, bright lighting

The floor was quite dirty - my wife wanted to clean the drool from our dog, and when she wiped it with a paper towel, it was evident that the floor hadn't been moped well. Otherwise, the unit was comfortable, spacious and quite adequate for one night's stay.

Room was ok. I can say average

The room was very quiet which was great,however the bathtub was not cleaned at all.

The room had a smell The hallway carpet had a smell The bathtub was from the 60s, it was peeling The towels were as thin as paper The guy at the front desk was nice This place is for people who have no homes, families use it as a stop gap waiting for government housing I definitely don't recommend it

Parking was very easy and cheap. The hallways need a little maintenance and it smelled kind of weird but the room itself was clean and well maintained. The staff are kind and helpful. There is only one elevator so sometimes we had to wait for a while. Overall the stay was great.
