とても便利な場所にあって快適なホテルでした。 今回3人で一部屋の宿泊でしたが、アメニティなどが全て2人分しかなかったのが少し残念でした。 でも、また利用したいと思う良いホテルでした。

地下鉄が隣接していてアクセスが良く、周辺にはロンドン塔やタワーブリッジなど観光名所も多いです。 部屋も広くてキッチン、洗濯乾燥機もありました。ただ、スリッパや歯ブラシなどはないので近くのスーパーで購入する必要があります。

フロントの方が悪いわけではないが、支払った金額に見合っていないと感じた。 例えばチェックインに20分ほど要したこと、氷を頼んだが、30分ほど待たされた、ワインオープナーの到着まで40分かかった、等。

部屋が広くて清潔でとても良かったです。

ホテルからのクレジットカードの使用確認があることを知らず、そのままにしたところ希望の部屋には泊まれず、空いている部屋となってしまった。クレジット会社の引き落とし確認は相手先が明記されず、金額のみのため無視したわけだが、ホテルからの通知または御社での告知があれば判断が変わったかと思う。 宿泊室の大きさ、設備、金額は変わらず泊まれたのだからホテルの対応はありがたかった。 サービス対応は良く、日用品の速やかな補充、水・ミルク等のサービスがあった。 朝食はコンチネンタルとイングリックを共においしくいただけた。 部屋の食洗器、洗濯機を活用させてもらった。 貯湯式の給湯器でバスタブ付きの部屋のためお湯切れを起こしてしまった。 事前に知らせがほしかった。 トイレは2つは4人家族にとっては良かった。 50㎡ほどの広さは、1週間ほどの滞在にはとてもよかった。 家族旅行のためこのようなバタバタもすべてが無事済めば思い出になります。 またの宿泊はと聞かれれば、家族旅行なら次も良いかと思えるホテルです。

A stylish and spotless hotel in a fab London City location. We stayed for 4 nights up-graded to a premium double with kitchen. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. It overlooked the Tower of London and had a huge comfortable bed. Sound proofing was very good so we slept well. The hotel is so well located for access to transport links. The DLR is literally across the road and Tower Hill Tube round the corner. It’s also 5 minutes walk down to the river for river boats.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and attentive. The location is perfect. It has a view of the Tower, it is in walking distance to the Tube (literally around the corner) and most other central London spots.

The room was clean modern and spacious. It was strange however, that they gave us a room on the 8th floor— which the elevators did not go up to and so we had to take the stairs— and when we explained that we have slight physical issues which makes climbing stairs difficult, we were told we should have picked a different room category then (how were we supposed to know that?). In fact, my only grievances with my experience at Tower Suites were with the staff who were all smug, condescending, short, and passive aggressive. I believe for the premium of this hotel, the staff should be receiving better hospitality training.
