When I arrived at Reddooz SM Manila I was informed by the building security personnel that it is still closed and not accepting guest. So I was forced to find another place to stay soonest possible and I have to pay extra to the taxi since it waited for me until I was able to book in a different hotel.

The place is closed! Please refund my payment!
