Says here we get free wifi, but Travelio asked us to pay to get wifi. When asked about this, the CS said they will arrange free wifi, but it took more than 6 hours yet no one came. Had to cancel since it was midnight & pointless. Someone tried to clean the unit but left the dirty tools. Unit was also infested with tiny roaches. Not worth the price.

Personally I will ban any accommodations The room is messy, unhygienic, full of cockroaches, & the room condition is far too different from the photos. The bathroom shower and the water heater are not working, they provide an ember and gayung but no warm water. I booked another hotel after I checked in and moved right away. Besides the room, the cust. service is also worst too, they will spam you but they are still late when the check in time comes.

Banyak kecoa sekali, listrik sering turun, tidak ada air panas. Wifii telat.
