基本的には、立地も良く、色々な観光スポットに近くて良かったです。 部屋も綺麗で良かったのですが、シャワールームの排水が弱く、長い間使ってると溢れてきます。そのほかは、とても良いホテルです

Over all the room and the service was good But there was heavy noise from construction in the hotel early morning and late night that made it hard to sleep The location was good also near to metro

Great location. The staff was super helpful an very friendly! I had trouble with my hot water a they came to my room to personally help me with the issue every time. 10/10 would recommend

Room is very small and the bathroom is horrible. Food is not good

Included breakfast was minimal but there were additional options that were very reasonably priced. The bed is rock-hard — literally the same as laying on the floor. The water was hot and had good pressure. The location was a short walk from Zocalo plaza. The walls were pretty thin and we often heard the neighbors.

I have one day not sleep and i get to thw hotel at 6pm and there under reconstruction making crazy noise. I go to the front desk and the dont give me and option... really bad staff specially

Céntrica muy limpio hotel con buena vibra y personal amable

muy comodo, seguro, cerca de tiendas. Todo muy bien, definitivamente volveremos. El unico que lo haria perfecto es si los baños tuviesen un poco de mas privacidad. La puerta es corrediza y no tapa bien el vano de la puerta.

Tenia un bote agua en el lavamanos nunca revolvieron el problema ni me cambiaron de habitación

Bed was firm no saggyness. Had a couple problems but they were more than helpful. Would ne nice to have a couple English channel but its all good. The food in yhe hotel was good too.

Mi vuelo llegó alas 12am me traslade al hotel y la puerta estaba cerrada llamé a recepción 3 veces y nadie contestó mi reservación eran 2 camas y solo me dieron una , pedí toallas extras y las llevaron ya que no las necesitaba muy bonito el hotel pero el servicio fue pésimo.

I didn’t like it. The room was too small; it didn’t feel like a proper room, but more like a very small cabin. There was no place to sit, not even a single chair, and not enough space to put one. The blanket wasn’t clean and had a bad smell. Also, there was no airport shuttle service.but staff was very nice and friendly.

Todo perfecto, excelente ubicación y buen trato solo en mi última noche creo mantenimiento estaba arreglando algo y no dejaban dormir se escuchaba a mucho de 3 a 6 am fui hablar a recepción y lo solucionaron fuero de eso excelente servicio

The room was gorgeous. Night king size bed and loved the terrace with jacuzzi. Really nice touch. The main bartender/ server in their restaurant was top tier. Recommended the best foods and made us great drinks. Good conversation and recommendations.
