基本的には、立地も良く、色々な観光スポットに近くて良かったです。 部屋も綺麗で良かったのですが、シャワールームの排水が弱く、長い間使ってると溢れてきます。そのほかは、とても良いホテルです

The room was very clean, but no air conditioner and my hot water would run out half way through my shower.

La habitación es basica, la iluminación es agradable. Pero esta muy muy caliente y no tiene aire. Si solo quieres llegar a dormir y bañarte puede funcionar. El desayumo no es gratis tiene costo. Solo es gratis un vaso de jugo y un plato chiquitito de fruta. En la app dice que tieme alberca pero no es para todos los huespedes al parecer es alberca privada en alguna habitación. Personal amable.

Staff was nice , room was clean and amenities but bed was like a rock , plus no air conditioning and neighbors was noisy , you can hear everything from your room and doors shut very loud. I don’t think I would stay there again.

No nos hicieron limpieza el primer día que nos quedamos, es muy difícil manejar la temperatura del agua, y la secadora no servía, no cuentan con plancha y el desayuno estaba 2/5. sin embargo, buen trato y fuera de la habitación muy limpio

The hot tube was amazing! Warm enough and a good location.

There is no breakfast. The continental breakfast included is a lie. You get watermelon and coffee. Airport shuttle is not included, you pay almost 5 times more for an airport shuttle compared to Uber. This hotel should be more transparent about their offerings and let people make decisions based on that and not mislead people. Do better please.

Everything was amazing but the beds were rock hard. & no air conditioning in the rooms.

Desafortunadamente se desapareció de mi cuarto un cenicero de acero inoxidable de bolsillo, no es lo que cuesta sino la acción y estuve en el 502, también las almohadas fueron terribles y no tiene aire acondicionado, por lo que es algo básico ya en todos los hoteles.

Solo estaba en reparaciones menores, pero lo demás es magnífico. Siempre vuelvo a ese hotel cuando voy a CDMX.
