The room was perfect to stay for many days with kitchen, microwave and huge refrigerator. Only a few restaurants nearby this hotel.

The breakfast was not as good as other hotel chains. The person attending to the breakfast area was great but the quality of the items served could use upgrading.

Everything about my stay was good and comfy. I’m pretty sure my toaster in my room didn’t work. Other than that, all was good

This is our 4th stay, and we look forward to our night in this hotel each May when we attend a meeting at the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. The reception area and staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient! The lobby area is attractive and clean, and the dining area is the best setup of any of the many hotels in which we have stayed. The included breakfast contains a large variety of choices, is attractively set up, nicely displayed and delicious. The rooms are comfortable, large and well-appointed.

Customer service was amazing got in late was able to get a late check out very quiet and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Close to downtown

My favorite in Indy...great staff!

Nice room. Good location. Friendly front desk. However wifi not working and filthy elevator. The manager did not take my feedback seriously and refused to refund any amount. Instead, he tried to talk me into a loop. Unfortunate.

This was a wonderful stay for our family. The room was spacious, the parking was underground - very nice in winter. The kitchenette was nicely stocked, which made it easy to pick up groceries and make simple meals. Definitely a bonus for saving money as a family.
