The Hotel is just excellent

Don't be surprised by its small size. Rooms were bigger than ones nearer to airport. spacious. very friendly staff. bar was open till 1030 even though almost not customers. food was fine.

Oak plaza is the place to be. Clean , quiet environment. Their breakfast is very good. Gives you a good start for the day. Friendly staff always ready to help. The Airport pick up and drop was perfect. The driver kept time

Staff were very friendly especially the lady in the restaurant in the mornings. Food was on time and lovely and the hotel was clean and tidy. Generally the room was clean and tidy. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood.

A relatively small but excellent hotel in a quiet beautiful residential area, East Legon, Accra.

The service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. From the receptionists, to the host, to the baggage handlers, to the restaurant staff and yes, even the chef who I got chance to meet, were FABULOUS!

O hotel é muito confortável. Tudo é novo, a cama é excelente, tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. Os arredores podem parecer um pouco ermos pro viajante de primeira viagem, mas a área é segura e próxima da universidade e do aeroporto. Os funcionários são o ponto forte: muito gentis, atenciosos e profissionais. O time todo é incrível. O café da manhã é muito organizado, evitando desperdícios, o que acho excelente: você pede no dia anterior o que vai querer de um menu e é servido exatamente o que foi pedido na hora que pediu. O restaurante também oferece jantar com comida extremamente saborosa e a bom preço

I stayed at Oak Plaza at Shiasia on the fringe of East Legon on 26/5/2019 for 7 days. The hotel is small compare to its sister hotel off the Spintex Road. I chose the East Legon branch because it was in a location where the traffic is less busy. I was picked up at the airport by a polite driver. On arrival at hotel, I was given a towel to wipe my hands and a complimentary glass of juice by again polite receptionist. The hotel is very clean. WiFi worked and no water issues with the shower. Been a small hotel it felt very private and it is almost like been at home. Breakfast is freshly made, and you are asked what you prefer the night before. All their food weather continental or local is freshly made whilst you wait. My only complaint which i guess is really a western problem is not been able to have a chilled Sauvignon Blanca after a long day in that heat or a heavy rain storm. They only sell their wine by bottle and could not manage on my own. So Oak if you are reading this find a way of selling wine by glass. I will stay again as they looked after me well. If you are on a busy trip and like me you prefer no road or church noise, then this is the place for you. There is also no gym or pool but they are accommodating enough to pick you up to take you to the Spintex rd branch to gym or swim. All in all the set up works well. Keep up with the good work Oak P.

Boutique style hotel that felt cozy and home-like. Food was great! Room was relatively spacious and made you feel pampered. Staff very friendly but seemed to have multiple responsibilities so sometimes needed to look for them. Located in my preferred area of the city so I will definitely use again.

First of all i was asked to py $20 Because i was with a guest. I have never had to pay that. The air condition was on the lowest fan speed and not cooling at all. Remote couldn’t control air. Bathroom was disgusting. Not clean at all... staff were not welcoming... overall experience was not great. Worst hotel i have visited by far.

Cet hôtel de situe dans le quartier très calme d'East Legon. Tous les employés sans exception (allant des réceptionnistes au responsables de la sécurité) sont très agréables à discuter avec. Tout le monde y est très poli. La chambre est très bien entretenue. La literie ainsi que les serviettes de la salle de bain sont changées à chaque round de ménage! L'eau dans la douche est à température très agréable. La douche dispose aussi d'eau chaude. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne bien pour passer des appels audio et vidéo et regarder des vidéos. Le petit-déjeuner (compris dans le prix) est excellent. Pas de buffet mais le client compose chaque jour son petit-dejeuner à partir d'une liste à disposition à la réception. Les fruits servis sont frais et le repas est directement préparé en cuisine avant d'être servi. Les seuls points négatifs sont: l'état de la douche qui est un peu vieille et l'absence d'une piscine. Dans la description, il est marqué que l'hôtel possède un piscine. Mais dans la réalité, ce n'est pas le cas. Oak Plaza Hotel possède un autre établissement à East Airport. Si l'envie de piquer une tête vous prend, il suffit de vous adresser à la réception pour qu'on vous organise le déplacement depuis East Legon à East Airport. Et ce, à leur frais. Très bon compromis. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Prix décent, environnement agréable, personnel accueillant et serviable, ...

Excellent service. Food well prepared. Staff competent and courteous. All they need to do is upgrade their room safes. Bigger and digital required. As good as any 4 star hotel in Dubai
