Room is not good. Ceiling falling and leaking, broken glass on balcony, 3 flights of stairs with luggage. No help available. Not restaurants near by and no delivery service available. I would not suggest to others

We rented this location through Expedia. The room was not available when we arrived. we could not get in contact with the reservation team. Very stressful and unpleasant experience.

Host was very accommodating and checked us in even though we arrived well after hours. He was always there to help if we needed something. The setting was beautiful, serene, and easy to find.

Bonne place a petit prix. Manque un peu de soin

El cabezal de una de las camas tenía 100 pies, esa misma cama ni sábana tenía, estaban todos los muebles pegajosos, las sábanas parecían que estaban usadas por otras personas y las toallas una por persona y por que le pedimos por que había dejado solo dos, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y el wifi a ratos, la piscina no nos dejaron usarla, en su política ponía que nos cobraban 0,09 por día por persona, tendría que haber sido 0,72 y nos cobró 8€, no nos dejaron ni jabón de manos ni papel higiénico, entremos que parecía que se acababan de ir las personas y no lo habían limpiado.

Poor communication - it took them 30 min to find our reservation. the phone # on the reservation was wrong - belongs to someone who has nothing to do with the property. AC was not working and we had to pay extra to be moved to a different apartment

We emailed the accommodation with no response after several hours. This led to us arriving at the accommodation very late at night with three children. Of which one child is only 3 years old. Once at the accommodation, the sheets were dirty, the floor, the bathroom, the kitchen, the sofa beds were all dirty. The pool in the area may not be used. The beach next door is not a good beach at all. The location of the accommodation is very bad, which means that you have to drive quite a distance to get to other beaches, restaurants, etc.

Situation géographique isolée et manque d’d’informations. Concernant la piscine aucun accès ont nous a refusé tout simplement l’accès à la piscine alors que sur l’annonce on avait droit à la piscine manquait.

L'appart Hotel est très difficile d'accès, pas d'ascenseur Cuisine très salle, pas pratique du tout avec un manque de vaisselle ... Salle de bain sale, sans eau chaude les journées non ensoleillées (Energie solaire) Personnel (seule personne) serviable et réactif mais cela ne remplacera pas le manque d’entretien dans la résidence

Appartement spacieux. PAS D'EAU CHAUDE. Présence de fourmis dans l'appartement. toiles d'araignées au plafond. Pas d'indications pour y arriver heureusement nous avions notre gps.

Nous avions un appartement de 2 chambres, sympa bien aménagé, mais surtout le réceptionniste Hamza et d’une gentillesse toujours là répond à toutes nos questions j’étais avec ma maman en fauteuil il nous a aidée et faciliter notre séjour un grand merci Bravo monsieur

Très bon accueil, appartements propres, spacieux, et sécurisés. Piscines propres. Au calme. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Merci à tous les agents.

J'ai fait un choix sur hotel.com sur une réservation pour trois nuits dans cette résidence mais quand j’ai arrivé j'ai eu une appartement avec une autre vu (le moins chère sur le site).Quand j'ai discuté avec eux, la réponse est inoubliable pour moi c'était c'est la seule appartement qui reste.En plus de ça, l'appartement est très sale. J'ai quitté sans passé aucune nuit .

C’est établissement est incroyable, les photos sont réels c’est pareil un peu loin de la ville donc super reposant nous sommes partis en famille et nous reviendrons ça c’est sûr, merci beaucoup à Mehdi qui nous a très bien accueilli. C’était incroyable La famille BOUHIR
