The one thing we loved about our stay was how incredibly clean the room was. One of my pet peeves is going to a place that doesn’t take attention to detail but our room was immaculate., the bathrooms the floors the carpets had no stains. Smelled fresh and clean. Comfortable beds. (the pullout bed could’ve been a little bit more comfortable, but that’s to be expected) the full breakfast in the morning that was included with our room was perfect so many different options and yet again very clean and tasty. I might as well add that the front desk receptionist was very courteous and kind. AND very respectful. I already booked my next vacation with them in Orlando.

There was hair left on the night stand and in the bathroom corners. There was also hair stuck in the towels. It did not bother me so much, but if I had female friends with me they would have freaked out

It was an okay stay won't be staying again the area is close homeless people or shelter , you need your key for everything , parking sucks is 35 if you want garage parking , or if you stay outside is free from 6pm to 6am after that you get a ticket by the city , service is not great nor the room wasn't that clean saw hair on the bed sheets

Good hotel for a quick stay and enjoy the city. Parking was great and breakfast could improve in options and staff availability.

No complaints from me...except i wish they had an actual Iron and Ironing board. Not too crazy about the Streamer. But that minor.....will definitely be back

This place offers amazing price for value. Room was clean with somewhat modern decor and staff was friendly and inviting. Other amnesties such as free breakfast were very good and fit my travel requirements as a budget conscious traveler. Parking is somewhat expensive relative to room rate was the only downside but there was a “free” parking lot adjacent to the hotel from 6pm to 7am the next day which somewhat made up for it. Overall I had a positive guest experience and would recommend this place for a stay.

The hotel overall was good. Parking was extra for the garage but the parking lot across the street has a meter that starts at 7 in the morning; and the parking personnel is very prompt! Breakfast area is clean. Staff service depends on what mood they woke up in. My personal problem is I accidentally left my electric toothbrush. I called same day to bring awareness and asked about lost and found. I received no call back so i went back to the hotel the very next morning, no help. I went back to the hotel the following week to give the hotel time to possibly sort or communicate, to no avail. Some things should be retained because there are plenty of items that guests will come back for. My electric toothbrush cost a few hundred dollars; hygiene is imperative and staff felt otherwise because they either tossed it in the trash or discarded the brush heads and kept the electric toothbrush with the case.

Excellent service from the front desk staff

Hotel was central and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast. I used both the parking garage and public parking and it was seamless. Just a tip for public parking. You can only pay for the meter after 7am, so dont rush to go early. Gym facilities was good and pool area very nice.

Will not stay there again. Hotel is much in need of renovations and a good cleaning. The bathroom, in particular, was disgusting. Peeling wall paper, stained doors with missing handles and a broken lock, stained walls and floor, peeling wood, dirty soap dispensers- which we had to clean and disinfect ourselves before we could use them. In top of that, every single towel that we received (and we asked for extras) was stained. I don’t understand why hotels reuse stained towels- if you cannot get the stain out- throw it away. I will not use it and you ruin your reputation. Clean towels are very, very important. I would not recommend staying there; pay a little more and get yourself a better hotel and a more enjoyable stay.

The stay was great. The property is well taken and the options at the breakfast time were variable. The staff were great also. I really liked this hotel. Will definitely stay next time.

Was charged an insane $35 + tax daily parking fee however that was not explained by staff or personnel during my stay. They did absolutely nothing to try to accommodate me for the misunderstanding
