マリオット系だけあって、清潔で綺麗でした。 ただアメニティなどの料金を別に取られる割には備え付けのシャンプー兼ボディーソープ、コンディショナーだけで、歯ブラシもありません。 ステータスの提示をしようとしても番号を読み上げろと言われ、確認すらしてませんでした。 おまけにWi-Fiが繋がらないと話したところ、何も確認せずに繋がらないのは端末のせい、後で技術者を部屋に向かわせると言いながら、結局放ったらかし。 アメリカのマリオット系では、あまりいいサービスを受けた記憶がないです。 東南アジアのほうが余程ホスピタリティがあって、気分よく宿泊できます。

The breakfast offered felt like snack and juice not what someone would be expecting in the morning especially with kids … the beds we’re comfortable but the room is quite small if you have a group and the furnishing need to be more modern and user friendly

Staff was excellent.

I did not like the tiny space stuffed with 2 beds that was passed off as a room that can accommodate 4 people. Marriot Moxy needs to reposition their marketing as being for tiny people, with no luggage, and then maybe they can fit into and function normally in that room. I arrived there with my 3 kids and we are small to normal sized, along with our suitcases. With the latter upright, there is no way to pass from beds to door. No closet space available, no chair, tiny space between the beds ... completely claustrophobic. Utter disappointment. And they know of this. No surprise from the front service desk when I complained and stated I have to change hotels. A normal sized family CANNOT function in there so steer clear of this place!! Marriott has to be upfront and transparent with their marketing but are not. I was penalized with 1 night of paying for this disaster, and went along just to expedite the situation but really the hotel should be on the hook. Absolutely ridiculous that this room is passed off as for up to 4 people. Save yourselves the headache and don't even bother looking at this line of hotels.

Overall was wonderful experience, staff friendly.

Heel mooi en leuk hotel met een groot zwembad met veel ligstoelen en een prachtig dakterras. De familiekamer was wel wat klein, koffers kan je niet open neerleggen. Dit wordt echter gecompenseerd door leuk ingerichte plekken in het hotel waar je kan zitten. Ook leuk dat er fietsen en strandstoelen beschikbaar waren. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Je kan lopen naar het strand en de hoofd winkelstraat, maar er is ook een gratis tram die voor de deur stopt. Al met al een heel fijn hotel!

Virkelig godt hotel. Gode muligheder og gratis cykellån. Ligger perfekt og super sødt og hjælpsom personale. Morgenmad er ikke noget værd. Muffins og juice. Mulighed for at tilkøbe bedre. Kommer helt sikkert igen

Arrived at 7:30 pm & told room not available yet. Charged $45 for valet with no car, had to fight charges through CC because no manager on staff & no follow up. Just apologies but no follow through. STAY AWAY!

Excelente para un fin de semana

Love the hotel! Great location. Bar in lobby is ridiculously expensive and our room wasn’t ready at 4pm as promised which was very disappointing.

Bed super comfortable and rooms very clean. Only thing was the room & hotel overall lacks garbage cans so be repaired to walk around with trash if you bring anything back with you. The only one by bar area is super small and always full due to obviously lack of cans. We had to buy a bag and hang it in the room to be able to dispose of things. Other than that stay was great.

Property is nice !! Rooms are small. Pool area is nice

Gostei bastante da localização, próximo a praia. Utilizei as cadeiras de praia e bicicletas que são oferecidas incluídas na taxa do resort. A utilização foi bem simples. O ambiente é bem agradável em todas dependências do hotel. Único ponto negativo é o tamanho e comodidade do quarto que fiquei. Já sabia que seria pequeno, mas poderia ter pelo menos uma prateleira fina para servir de apoio para um lanche rápido ou deixar o celular, carregadores. Se voltar não ficarei nesse quarto, pois o hotel oferece opção melhor para família.

Relaxing stay

We already knew the room would be tight because we stayed @ another Moxy in NYC. We love the unique and modern decor of the Moxy, and while this 1 was in a great location and had a lof of areas to explore and enjoy, it was inconvenient to have to constantly ask for ice (no ice bucket in the room), and the poor ventilation in the shower made it smell pretty bad. The view to the beach was awesome, but the large windows seemed to make it harder for the room to stay cool. I would definitely recommend better ventilation in the bathrooms. Overall, we still like the Moxy hotels, but would definitely tweak a few things to make it a perfect 10.
