The best weekend! Every staff member was so kind and helpful, we loved having fresh coffee in the lounge, and the breakfast was delicious.

I booked two days. Paid upon arrival. Left after day1. I have been over charged, ..$928.46 total! I called The Port Inn twice and they have denied additional charges even though they are on my online credit card statement. I will never stay there or an Ascend properties again, and I’m spreading the word to all my traveling friends!!

The hotel was really cute! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The only things I didn’t like were we were in the second floor and my husband walks with a cane. It would have been much easier for him if we were on the first floor (we got in late day of check-in). The second thing was our room was very small. Almost uncomfortably small. I had to inch my way around my suitcase because there was no room to put it anywhere. Other than those things it was really nice. We would definitely go back there!

Check in staff was great! Cute little place in the perfect location to explore downtown PSF on foot.

Breakfast was wonderful, awesome coffee, omelets, gravy & biscuits, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, eggs plus FREE! Extremely quiet place. Comfortable beds. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Will go back!

Just a short trip as I had a total knee replacement a couple months before and just needed some beach time. Loved how everything I needed was nearby. Very lovely place and I will be back

The bed was comfortable. The atmosphere was very relaxing and laid back. The entire facility was clean. I wish our room had room darkening shades since it got pretty bright despite having curtains when the sun rose

I reserved a "suite" and received a "cottage". High traffic street in front and an alley behind restaurants in back. Loud traffic all night in front and garbage pickup in back at 5:20 am. Not exactly conducive to a good night's sleep. Had to walk down the alley, across a street, and through a parking lot to get breakfast and check out. I was told at check-in that breakfast with omelettes along with a variety of other things would be available starting at 6:00 am. I went in at 6:30am and the breakfast area was barren. No food, no staff, no explanation. Will select another hotel next time.
