Beautiful accomodation on the riv

Very nice place, good location

No ramp or elevator to 2nd floor. It’s annoying when carry big luggage.

We loved this stay! property was beautiful, no noise from neighbours, easy check in. Was great to have laundry facilities in the unit. Only complaint would be that we weren't provided hand towels for the bathrooms.

Clean and spacious

Stayed in a pet friendly micro suite. It seemed a bit run down and it definitely was micro. There were no closets or drawers for any clothing. TV wasn’t working properly and the fellow at the desk had to reset it twice. The towel closet by the hot tubs was empty on our first evening and still empty the next day until I brought it to the front desk’s attention. Felt like the housekeeping staff were like vultures waiting for us to check out, in fact one of them opened the door while we were still there. The property setting is beautiful right on the Columbia River. The view from the bigger suites must be really amazing but unfortunately all the small suites face the parking lot. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Very good. Studios and apartments with everything you could wish for at a beautiful location. Try to get a unit with outside seating at the riverside!

I had terrible experience at Basecamp resorts at Revelstoke. There are no staff for check in. The room was not cleaned and bugs are all around the place in bedroom. There was not wheel chair and baby stroller access to this facility. I would not recommend this place for sure.

Could have been a bit cleaner in the washrooms and there were sheets missing for the requested pull out couch. Overall, a great stay and would stay again.

Great accommodations, with beautiful scenery. Close enough to Revelstoke yet far enough away,in keeping with nature. Will come again!

Clean, very comfortable, convenient and easy - totally stress free stay

The suite was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Having an in suite washer and dryer was a pleasant surprise. Walking out the back door had a decent view of the columbia river and surrounding mountains. Very quiet area. The only sort of issue we had was the bathroom was very small. I would recommend to the owner to put up some additional shelving in the bathroom for storage. The shower door was a bit awkward to get into with the size of the shower head. Loved the toilet it felt like I was creating a small black hole every time I flushed. I need this toilet in my life.

Situated close to downtown Restaurants. Modern interior. Hassle free check in procedure online without needing to report to the front desk. Resort is not suitable for mobility challenged, no elevator to the front doors and interior steep narrow stairs. Some traffic noise from passing trucks.
